I am very disappointed to find out that my key fob has not even been shipped. I called today and was told that it's on back order. A call or an email would have been nice to get from ikeyless.com. So now since it's back ordered, I am told it will be an additional week before I get it. There web site says 2 to 5 days when you should receive it. I have read other post after I ordered it, and several have experienced the same issue. I guess you can say that as a consumer I should have looked more into this company. I will most likely not use there service again.
My 2003 Chevy Tahoe remote needed to be replaced. I went on-lione and ordered a new one with iKeyless on a Sunday afternoon. I recieved it the following Thursday and installed it within about 5-10 minutes. This is much easier and cheaper than going to the dealer. Stacey was great and very helpful.

I ordered two replacement keyless remotes and they were mailed very quickly, but unfortunately, without the instructions. I called and within ten minutes the customer service representative had emailed me the instructions, which I read through and which worked right away. I really appreciated the prompt response.
Your company saved me approximately $250 on my remote door opener as opposed to going to a Nissan dealer.The remote works fine, the directions to program the remote were spot on. I would definitely recommend your company. Fast service and cost effective
My husbands remote shell buttons were cracked and wasn't working for a few years now. The car dealer had told us it would cost over $200 to replace. I finally thought about checking the Internet and I'm so glad I did because I found Ikeyless.
Our replacement remote shell arrived within a few days and very easily replaced our damaged shell. It cost us just around $24 with shipping. Our only problem now is finding a place that will duplicate the key.

I ordered 2 keyless remotes from iKeyless for my Buick. The initial package I received only had 1 remote in it. I had to wait another whole week to receive the second remote and the unlock button doesn't work. The price of these remotes were a whole lot cheaper from iKeyless but I guess that old cliché is right, you get what you pay for.
Needed a spare manual key, as the car (purchased used) came with only one remote/flip key. I had some questions, as I was getting nowhere with a local Kia dealer's parts department. I contacted iKeyless, and Shawn was able to answer all questions to my satisfaction. There was a mixup on my order (received an uncut key instead of a cut key). One phone call to Shawn took care of it. I was emailed a prepaid shipping label to return the merchandise and received the correct key in less than 2 days. The key works fine. I am totally satisfied.
Received 2 replacement remotes that we ordered last week. Took our vehicle with the remotes to the dealership and they could not be programmed. Speaking with Victor today it was determined they were not the right remotes for our model. Victor is mailing out free of charge 2 remotes that are for our model AND sending a return prepaid shipping label.

I'm very pleased with my purchase from I keyless. The remote is very easy to program thanks to help from Stacy and appreciate the follow up from Sarah. Works as advertised as good or better than the factory fob. And looks/feels exactly the same.
I ordered 2 key fob replacement pads for my Jeep on order number *******. I received the proper ones and they work perfectly. I have ordered from iKeyless before and always got the right product in a great time frame. The friendly service is better than any site I order from! About a week after I received my order, I received an email from Stacy F at iKeyless Customer Service thanking me for my business and offering any assistance I might need. This kind of customer service is extremely rare today. Thank You iKeyles for the great service.
I asked if I could return a automobile spare key that I ordered with a second remote.
After the order was mailed, I found the spare key for my car. The representative who answered the phone was very pleasant and courteous. She said there was no problem returning the unused key and the company was happy to assist me.
I bought a key fob for my wife's Kia Rondo. IKeyless was the best deal by far! As soon as the new key fob arrived, I got a message from Monya who wanted to make sure everything was working properly. It took a bit of time to test out the new fob because our year of Kia had to be paired with the fob at the dealer. The new iKeyless fob works great! Monya is the best!
Overall, the item was cheap (in cost), it was easy to order, but when I received the item, it was missing parts... When I received a "personal" email from Stacey, and explained my disappointment, she responded with, "I'm extremely happy to hear that you are a satisfied customer." Apparently not personal...

I have ordered from iKeyless in the past and the items I ordered were correct and arrived quickly. Huge savings from what a dealer charges. I just bought a new car and purchased a new key that needs to be programmed at the dealer but again they are saving me a lot of money by not having to buy the key. The keys I ordered were sent to me in one day. Some places offer 2 day delivery but take 3 days to mail out the order. I would definitely would recommend iKeyless and Sarah if you are looking for a replacement key for your car. *******

The Online application for purchasing the key I needed was easy to use. The site also helped me get the right key for my vehicle. I ordered it and it was delivered in just a few days. Remarkable. I will order from you again. In fact, I will be looking for a replacement key for a 2005 Lincoln LS.
IKeyless is very customer service oriented. They were prompt in the order and delivery process. Also, when I called for customer service on programming my remote they were knowledgeable, patient and courteous. I was successful with programming and called back to thank them for their direction and help.
Ordered a replacement case for a Lexus key. Twice. Both had key attached that will need cutting. Description said replacement CASE. That's all i need. Picture shows shank. Description does not. After calling i learn i cannot just get a case... the part on my key that is broken. Change your description.

My husband and I ordered on 9-25-15 (#*******) a key to a Honda purchased for our grandson. Purchased another key of 10-17-15 (#*******) to a Honda grandson had borrowed to use while waiting for the "new used" car. Both times the keys were taken to a locksmith and cut for each Honda without a problem. The keys were shipped quickly and reasonably. Very good service.
