I was not given a order number upon my charging this product to my account! I have questions about active ingredients and I can't ask them because they're asking for an order number
Online ordering was very simple to use. Ordered my product and as this was a reorder I can tell you I love this foundation! It matches my skin color perfectly.

Having been inundated with ads on every platform I decided to give this product try. According to them it will be a "perfect" experience. Oh so wrong. Apparently I don't know what color my own skin is for the color match because what they sent me was horrible. The first made me so pale and so yellow I looked like a wanna be Geisha on a bad budget. The second shade was still too light and left me looking like my liver packed up and left home. I dutifully completed the online questions one more time hoping someone would listen and get it right. Unfortunately, twice must be the magic number because I received no third try (despite what I was told online), and I'm now left with useless product that I wouldn't dare go out in public with and a big bill.
I'm very happy with the experience of the makeup I receive. Never have any issues and always very pleased 😊
Very bad. I only wanted to try the exfoliating product. The site kept prompting me to add more products. When I closed the browser without authorizing the add on purchase - they took the money from my credit card anyway. This is a trickery site. Please refund my money.
I thought I was ordering a trial size portion of your product. Now I realize five a m obligated to purchase your product for years to come. Not cool. I wish to cancel this order immediately.

This is my first time ordering from Il Makiage and I wanted to try the power polish. I ended up saying yes to the subscription for it and after the order was placed, I checked and it showed I ordered 2 things. I only ordered the one and this is not ok!

Illmakiage is a deception say no to try sample or product.
Because they charge you full amount of money in the begging and they don't have option for cancel order there customer service is worst and don't have a option for refund. I will suggest not to buy product from them. Even if they tell you try before you buy. There customer service is liar 🙄 and they said there is no option for cancelation order.

Shopping was fine. But the website took me to Apple Pay without me being able to verify my address was placed correctly. I noticed that my address didn't include my apt #. So now I sit and wait to see if it can be added or if I need to cancel my order. Which would probably had been an easy fix if I could have just talked to someone.
