So I applied this on my face around my smile lines and forehead I can still visibly see them. I was under the impression that they would disappear. So I'm confused. It is smoothing but lines are there.
I loved the try before you buy concept as good products often come with a higher price. The moisturizer is, hands down, the best my face has ever tried and I love it. The under eye brightener really does what it says it does and I like the limp plumper as well. I have tried so many other companies over the years as most people do- this company thinks of every detail and they are the highest quality I have found.
I love the Ilmakiage products but hate the harassment that begins as soon as you purchase one product! 2to 4 text messages daily from the minute your purchase is completed. 3 to 5 emails every day after the purchase. I have only ordered one other time a few years ago, the harassment was enough to keep me from reordering. Thought I would try again but it's worse now! Again, great product it's a shame their marketing practices run some of us away.

I tried their product, I woke up like this foundation several years ago. I loved it, by far the best foundation I have ever used. I only placed one order due to the plethora of emails that follow every order. They are nonstop, two to four a day. Annoying doesn't begin to describe the experience. They appear desperate! Their practices are shooting themselves in the foot!
Overall, I'm mostly satisfied with your foundation products, and I recognize as a business you want to make the most profits, but you're website is designed in a manner that attempts to intimidate customers by luring them into buying several items and signing up for auto-renewals prior to getting to the final steps of a purchase. It's like jumping through hoops and going through an obstacle course to get to my destination. Someone give me a fly swatter! If this wasn't part of the process, I would've rated higher.

I wanted information for 20% off and next thing I had place an order for almost $100. I did not want this. I only wanted to try the sample for $5.90 shipping!

When I go into my account it says no orders but I received a confirmation of my order so I cannot see any progress in my account or shipping information.
