I do not care for the gotcha page after ordering something. This is not cool. Its a sketchy business practice and I do not want. I have requested the refund within 60 secs of ordering but it wouldn't let me through automation. I had to send an email. I better not get it in the mail or I am going to contact better business bureau!
I love this foundation, it fits directly to my skin and skin type. It's amazing and the best thing they let you try it for a few days and if you like it you keep it if you don't return it. But believe me you'll love it

The quiz to help decide the right shades was incredibly easy and so was the purchase. I decided to buy the No Filter primer and the exfoliator. Update to come after I get my products as a first time user.

I'm totally obsessed with the color 'Wannabe' in Mineral Baked Bronzer, but it broke within a week of receiving it so I had to throw away most of it to prevent a mess every time I use it. I thought the clay color be more dense or wet and I've had bronzer by other brands that never broke.

Out of all the products I've purchased/ used I've returned only 1. That was a mascara that I purchased in error. I don't use waterproof products and that mascara was waterproof, only reason I returned it. I love the foundation, bronzer, blush, mascara, lip mask. Just order the "Re-do" and cannot wait to see it's effect.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
