I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
Good luck getting any real help from their customer service team. The number next to the charge on my credit card was bogus, no one answered. The email response was cut and paste. Honestly, my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.
