It's hard finding contact information to inquire about my purchase. It's been over a month and still no updates. I will be disputing the charge with my bank. TOTAL SCAM!

Ordered a purse almost 5 weeks ago. Have e mailed the same information 3 times. Keep getting a computer generated reply from "Alice". Going to call my credit card company and dispute charges. Do not be fooled into ordering from this company. They are a complete fraud. All I Want at this point is my money back. Please read the reviews. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with.

I read so many bad reviews from this company but something told me to give it a try. I used a credit card just in case I had to file a dispute. I ordered and received my bag in less than a week and it is a really D&B and I registered it to make sure. I found the site from Brad's Deals and thought the prices were too good to be true and originally had 3 items in my cart. I just ordered the one but will definitely go back for more. I am not sure why so many others had such negative experiences.

I am so sorry I tried to buy a bag from them. The return process is horrible. I have called 6 different times. It does not matter what price something is if they deliver the wrong item and them won't give you your money back.
I ordered 2 bags at 2 different times and dimensions on the website were wrong. They charge $10 return fee. You can get similar pricing from Dooney and Bourke official site and they are much easier to work with.
I ordered, received email confirmation then they also let me know when item shipped and had tracking for it. Received in a week and was packaged beautifully, couldn't have asked for more! I would definitely buy from them again
Placed 2 orders, both were cancelled without letting me know and only got refunded for one. When I tried to call, no one could give me any answers. This is the worst company ever. Customer service is awful. Can't believe they are affiliated to Dooney. I won't be buying any Dooney bags ever. I am having to dispute the charge on my credit card.

I ordered a special gift purse for myself. On May 26,2020 and they said is shipped then they lost the package so they say. Which apparently doesn't exhibit. This is a horrible way to treat paying customers. I hope this review helps someone don't order from them.
Site user unfriendly. Cannot exchange, will not match price and customer service unable to help anyone with anything. My husband purchased me a bag in the wrong color, they will not do exchanges. I repurchased bag at 60.00 higher cost in different color. Did not realize they were charging a higher price, though a rep had to run through the site as it is not set up to be used by public, huh? Run don't walk away.

I have purchased 5 Dooney handbags from ilovedooney so far. One of them I returned because it was a bit heavy for my daughter. I had no problem returning it or getting my refund. All the handbags I have purchased have been received in perfect condition, packaged safely, with tags attached, with registration card inside, and with a dust bag if the handbag is supposed to be kept in one.
I ordered three items which was shipped from different warehouses. I only received two of my items. It has been a absolutely horrible experience trying to get a refund from the item they didn't send me. Still waiting for my refund from the January purchase.
Dooney & Bourke use to be one of my favorite luxury purses until my recent experience. I made a purchase in March 2021 a one-time authorize payment and was charged. I then was just with another unauthorized payment 8 months later (December). And the only excuse giving was we did an audit and we mid-charged and decided to do so. I assumed it was fraud as well as my bank. I am so disappointed.

Got a coupon code via email. I used it. The code gave me $100 off a purchase. Went through bank account no problem, then the company cancelled it. Contact company via chat, John said it was cancelled due to billing address discrepancy. Called customer service, woman name unknown, said my card was declined. Between the chat and call, I called my bank. There was no problem on their end. I just wanted someone to admit they cancelled the order because they did not want to honor the $100 off coupon code. Will never buy from them again. Absolute liars.
I didn't see these reviews before I order from iLoveDooney. My bag came today and it was defective. I should have paid a little more and get it from dooney directly. I can't return it because this was a gift for my aunt overseas and my mother is leaving tomorrow. Just not enough time to mess with the return and reorder. Sadly my aunty will be receiving a defect product.
Paid for 5 day shipping... arrived two weeks later. Missed Christmas so now I have to send back. I was told today ( after waiting on hold for 20 min) that they can't send me a return label to print because there was some sort of issue on their end. I have to call next week. It will take me a month from the day I ordered to get my money back and I have the pleasure of paying for shipping.
I have ordered 12 bags to date. Have never had a problem. Not on quality, delivery(which you can track), or pricing. I give these bags as gifts to family members and good friends, never have I received one that I would even consider sending back. The only Customer service dealings I have had with D&B was great. I had ordered the wrong bag, caught it with the confirmation, called, it was corrected received the bag in 7 days. Im sure there are times things happen and people get upset, but I personally have never had a problem with D&B

Had no problems with receiving what I ordered! Ordered on Saturday and received it the following Thursday. Was able to track order which was very helpful. Would of been nice to have received an email confirmation from I Love Dooney after ordering item and then email informing me when it's been shipped. Would order from them again! Very satisfied!
The bag I received was clearly a damaged reject, folded and creased, thrown into a huge box with no stuffing, no paper or plastic for protection, no dust cover, and no paperwork or warranty. Multiple calls to customer service went to a recording and the only response to multiple emails stated,"This email confirms that we received your message. We will contact you shortly if your message requires a response." Buyer beware: you have no recourse if you have a problem. I have bought at least 6 purses from this company, but after this problem, I will not reorder again. I posted this review on their site, and they removed it.
I placed an order and received a bag that was damaged and missing the dust bag and strap. I was told I had to pay return shipping even if it is their fault. They NEVER honor return shipping for problems. So I paid to return a damaged bag which clearly was a return and the inside even had markings like it was used. I did a little research and found complaints all over and read that this place sells seconds and returned bags only, nothing is new. That is why they have such great prices. I guess it is true you get what you pay for so if you feel lucky and don't mind getting a bag that someone else returned then ok but no where on their site does it state they are selling you a returned bag.
Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Unfortunately, I missed the 30% off promo code, so I called within one hour of placing my order online, and was told they could not refund me the difference and they could not cancel the order. After reading the reviews I'm now more concerned I might not even receive the bag. How in the hell is a reputable company like Dooney and Bourke even associated with this company? As a business over myself, I know that every company that processes visa and mastercard has the capability of issuing a refund. Shady business practices. Buyer BEWARE!
I've ordered a few bags from here and never had an issue. I returned one because I was not careful in noting the dimensions and it was way to big for me. Shipping was quick and the return posed no problem.
I ordered a Dooney tote bag that was promoted by Brad's Deals site. Received an order confirmation and then didn't hear from them for 4 weeks. I finally emailed their customer service dept., who told me the item was out of stock. Not sure they would have ever told me if I hadn't reached out to them. Received a refund a week later. Poor customer service and am feeling like they never had the item in stock...
I waited for gift for a whole Month to arrived. It was frustrated at first but I'm so happy I waited. I loved it so much. Recommend this site for gifts and customer service (by email contact) was super apologetic and very nice and assure me to have patience :) thank you
