I am surprised to see the people 's unfortunate experiences from the site here. I have not had a single problem since I first used the site...I have purchased 3 wallets from here and the are soft, gorgeous recieved on time. I would like to get a bit more from them in the future
Placed an order on 09/19/21. I received an order number but no confirmation email and the funds have already been taken out of my account. It's hard finding contact information to inquire about my purchase. It's been over a month and still no updates. I will be disputing the charge with my bank. TOTAL SCAM!
The absolute worse experience ever. Never received my order. Call customer service couldn't get an explanation from them. Calling them on a weekly basis about this I finally got a refund after a month and 5 days. Never received an follow up email or a email stating they was going to refund my money.
I will not purchase anything from them ever again.
I placed an order on December 22nd for an NFL satchel that was supposedly in stock at the time and guaranteed to be delivered by the 25th. After patiently waiting, calling customer service and checking for shipping updates, I was informed on 1/15/19 that my bag had been discontinued and they were refunding my money. I would have ordered from another site had I known, the price is now back to $248 everywhere else. After reading the reviews, I'm not surprised, just disgusted because I've been wanting that purse for over a year. I will never order from this site again
I never received any of the products I ordered on 11/30. The package was returned to sender on 12/8 due to "invalud/bad address". It is now 12/26 and ilove dooney is saying that they have no way of getting in touch with their own warehouse to see when they will ship the items back. I want a return as this entire process has been ridiculous!

I would steer clear from ordering from this site. It takes forever to contact their customer service line and forever to receive a refund, which I'm still waiting for. The worst part about this experience is it's their fault the address label printed incorrectly and they cannot track down the warehouse of return to sender. I'm highly disappointed and want my money back! Do not order from this website!!!

I purchased a tote for $99, which was the deal of the day, or something like that. The sale went off without a hitch and arrived packaged beautifully with rolled tissue to keep the shape of the bag. I Love Dooney included one of their branded dustbags and there was a different Dooney & Bourke dustbag inside the purse. Bonus! I'm sorry others didn't have the same great experience but I would purchase from them again without hesitation. (phot won't rotate)
Ordered 5 purses separate orders, waited the 5+ days processing, no updates on order or tracking, emailed customer service, comes back undeliverable to email address - waited and waited, finally received a not able to fulfill on one order, no updates on others, 2 wks later noticed refunds in checking account - no one bothered to tell me, they take your money and you wait while they borrow it, as no products in stock, waste of time- letdown - shady- do not recommend
I received my Dooney wallet (star design) today and I really love it! The colors are vivid and it is the right size for my essentials. The phone fits in the pocket nicely; I don't have to pull on it to get it out. There is a clear plastic pocket for you ID. I also appreciated the fact that it came well-packaged and in pristine condition. The pocket on the back is nice, but I'll have to buy a slimmer lipstick so when I put my lipstick in, it won't bulge. I also carry a small mirror for the application of my lipstick.
Ordered four bags (small and one medium) for gifting and an umbrella. The deal was too good to pass, combined discount codes (was it a mistake in their part?) brought the bags down to TJ Maxx pleather bag prices. I was so excited to purchase. As I was going to send them overseas for gifts to my sister, niece, cousin. And one for me. Ordered on November 1st and I checked today and only the umbrella was shipped and the rest are still "processing". I have a bad feeling this order will be "cancelled" soon.
Well, I received my bags today exactly 7 days after ordering them and they are absolutely stunning, beautiful and authentic. These are Louis Vuitton quality bags for a fraction of cost. Where have they been my whole life? I knew about them, I even lived in Norwalk at one point, but it just never occurred to me to buy.
I ordered two more bags a couple days ago as gifts and the Gretta Mini Barlow already arrived, so that was 2 day shipping on that one!

These came out at lower prices than any pleather garbage I used to wear from Tj Maxx, and other times I would wear vintage coach bags from thrift stores, because they lasted. I placed my order through bradsdeals.com. I was a little nervous when I never received a confirmation email but, I called and they reassured me it was shipping. I ordered a beautiful bag and wallet to match and they came in perfect. Took about a week to ship which is awesome during this covid-19 issue. Super impressed
I purchased several items from ILoveDooney.com as requested by my wife. I did not receive one of the items from my order. For a month I have been trying to receive a refund but they will not give it unless they get their item back (which it was never received and lost in transit). The contacted the courier and they looked into the package and cannot locate it after a month in limbo in their system and the courier contacted Ilovedooney.com and let them know the package is missing in hopes of me getting a refund. This company will still not refund unless they get their package back. Gave the company several weeks to get this resolved, but to no avail. Terrible company policies and will not support a company like this.
Had a glitch and i got a purse for a great price. Coupon code doubled on their end.
They caught it and Canceled my ordered didn't tell me and when i noticed and I called to ask they told me it was my payment that didn't process but i could reorder it. Wouldn't help or offer me anything even free shipping or the $25 coupon I used that was emailed from THEM on the first purchase. Man up to your mistake instead of blaming customers! Glitch was your fault and I shouldn't have been made to believe it was my payment.
Customer service attitude went from nice to Rude when I said it was because the company caught glitch so instead of contacting customers or offering a discount blame their payment option. Asked to speak with someone else and was told " this is the same information they will give you. We don't offer price adjustments or additional discounts". Can't give you another code. Just use the current one very sad with how they treat "loyal" customers.
They will not cancel an order once it is placed, and they won't give a price adjustment if they offer it at a lower price even though it han't shipped. I had to file a dispute with PayPal to help me. It is not pleasant doing business with a company that will not try to help its customers...best to avoid them.

Do not spend your money here. I have been carrying Donney and Boiurke since I was 16, I have nearly 100 of their bags. Unfortunately because of this company I will never purchase another one. They are dishonest about shipping, it arrives over a month late if you receive it all, and refuse refunds or credits for your trouble. I ordered 2 bags one was ripped on the inside and the other never arrived. They will continue to lie to you in chat and over the phone saying that the package is on the truck as if you cant read what's on the website. Fedex only had a label created and never got the bag. They refused to refund it even a month later still lying by saying they see that it is on its way. I had to have my credit card stop payment on i as I never received the merchandise. I also had them stop payment on the ripped bag they sent me. Do yourself a favor and save the headache. Don't give these people your money.
Llovedooney advertises 10% off for first time purchases. After making a purchase not only did I not get the 10% email, I asked for the order to be cancelled and they refused too. This is false advertising and they should have given me back the 10% back but that did not happen. I will NEVER purchase from them again!
Please dont use this company to buy your dooney Bourke! I tried to cancelled my order on a Saturday I email them ASAP no response so I called first thing on Monday morning when they open but was told the bag has already been ship! I told them that was not right I should have 24hrs to cancelled because they were not open on the weekend. So I notify my credit card to cancelled the charge!

I ordered from this website and I had ZERO problems. I ordered my purse on 10/28 and I got it today. I was afraid because I read the negative reviews after I ordered my purse, so I was excited to say I had no problems. I have just ordered the matching wallet and hopefully that order will be just as easy as my 1st one.
Damaged bag sent. I sent back for replacement as they directed me to and sent me a label to do so. They then stated they would not do returns and to just order it again but said I had to pay $80 more for the same bag! Complete scam. I called and they said the best they could do was offer me 10% off. Joke.
I purchased a product from the website and paid extra to receive my package faster and didn't receive my package within the days the site stated. I called customer service and was told my item was still being processed. I asked customer service rep would I be refunded the extra money I spent on shipping since my product hasn't arrived and I was told no. I will never purchase from this site again.
I usually look at reviews before ordering on-line. I didn't look this time. After ordering my purse I finally looked at reviews since I noticed I hadn't received any information. The reviews definitely scared me since so many people complained they didn't receive their purse. Thank goodness I got mine in less than a week. I love it and it looks great. I ordered an in-stock item and paid for NEXT DAY DELIVERY... 5 days later still not item. Found out it won't be delivered until day 7... Oh and if you want a "speedy refund"... according to customer service you have to open the box and use the return label and take it to UPS - because if you reject it- it will take months to get your money back... I ordered a tote bag and a key fob from ilovedooney.com they charged my credit card and obviously got all my personal information. I didn't receive anything!
I called the ilovedooney.com customer service line and someone there told me that one of my items wasn't even listed in the system and that I would receive a tracking number on the other item that I had ordered. I never received anything from them.
I called my credit card company and let them handled it so I didn't have to pay for these items which was over $100. Shortly after I placed an order with the ilovedooney company I began to receive scam calls on my phone every 30 minutes.
It's possible their representatives are taking your personal information and selling it online for scamming.
Go to the Better Business Bureau online to read all the horrible reviews ilovedooney.com has received. Their reviews date back to 2014 from all the people that feel they have been scammed by this company.
I have never been more shocked and disgusted with a "customer service". There is one guy that answers the call whenever he feels like it. He doesn't understand basic concepts between consumer and merchant relation and will yell at you insults if you challenge any of the lies he throws at you. I placed an order and after 5 weeks of not moving on the FedEx tracking they were claiming the items were on their way even though FedEx themselves told me they no longer have the package. I asked for a refund and they said I would have to wait an unknown amount of time until FedEx sent the package to them (which is impossible since it's lost). They refuse to refund me my money even though it's been over a month of waiting and FedEx no longer has the package. Small Claims Court here we come. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Their bags are wonderful... when you get them. But when you don't or if you have a problem - there is no service. My bag was lost in transit - two weeks spent with a CS person thru email telling me to wait until the investigation is complete when UPS said that it was undeliverable; then I called daily and the CS reps on the phone have no ability to solve issues and there are no supervisors to speak with. It is a month; I have no refund; no bag and now that the bag is back in stock (that is yet another part of the story) - they won't send to me unless I order online; pay the higher price despite the fact that they still have my money from the first order. Dispicable business practices. And an unfair work enironment for their CS team who apparently have no skills/resources to solve problems.

There was no immediate notification that this item was out of stock and my credit card was charged for the purchase amount.
On February 5, I followed up with ILoveDooney and initiated an inquiry. I received an acknowledgment and was informed that there would be a follow up email to me within 48 hours.
After a non-response, I followed up on February 8. On February 16, I received a notification that my order had been processed but the product was on back order. I immediately asked for an estimated ship date. I received no response until March 16, at which time I was informed that my order had been cancelled, and that my account would be credited within 5 to 10 business days.
Not acceptable.
