I am surprised to see the people 's unfortunate experiences from the site here. I have not had a single problem since I first used the site...I have purchased 3 wallets from here and the are soft, gorgeous recieved on time. I would like to get a bit more from them in the future

Placed an order on 09/19/21. I received an order number but no confirmation email and the funds have already been taken out of my account. It's hard finding contact information to inquire about my purchase. It's been over a month and still no updates. I will be disputing the charge with my bank. TOTAL SCAM!

Bag was stolen/lost in transit. I used a MC Gift Card to purchase the bag, I no longer had the gift card and they told me the only way they could refund me was to credit the gift card. I kept explaining to them I longer had it because it was used up and I asked if they could give me a store credit or mail me another bag at the same price. All they did was apologize and said they couldn't so I'm out my money and the bag.

I ordered a handbag, upon receiving notice of purchase I realized I ordered the wrong bag and color. I phoned customer service to cancel the order within 2 hours of ordering and they informed me that the item couldn't be cancelled at this time because it was being processed. I cannot understand if the order is still in the processing stage why it couldn't be cancelled and the agent explain because it's being processed. I could understand if the item has been shipped, but not processing why this order couldn't be canceled. Poor policy and I will never order from this site again. I have ordered from Dooney and Bourke website and have never encountered any problems.

I went to this website and thought thar the prices were unbelievably good.
I.wamted to know if this company actually does sell the real Dooney bags but they don't.I waa.fortunate enough to not order anything from this company as it is a scam

Ordered on 4/4 and delivery was scheduled for 4/15. Got an email on 4/15 that the delivery was made the day before... 4/14. Checked for the package but it was not there. Contacted site via email twice and recieved "undeliverable" response for both. Contacted via "chat" and was assured that an investigation would be opened and resolved in 7-10 days with credit or a replacement. 10 days later no response. Was provided with incorrect customer service number, reps are from outside the US and there is a definate language barrier. I was told that they need another 10 days days to investigate! I called my credit card company and will have to dispute the charges. I wish I had seen this site before I ordered! This is not Dooney and Bourke!

Unfortunately there is not a negative rating! My issue does not deal with the overall quality of Dooney & Bourke merchandise. My great frustration comes from the fact that after ordering my new Dooney & Bourke Lexington Shopper from I Love Dooney on Dec. 29th, and paying extra for faster delivery, I still have not received my order on Jan. 26th. When I first communicated with customer service regarding my missing order I was told that the package had been delivered on Jan. 3rd, which it had not. Customer service informed me that they would investigate the issue and that would probably take 14 to 15 days. Now, 16 days into their "investigation" they still have no conclusion. They have my money and I have NOTHING! I have asked repeatedly to speak with a supervisor. I have given my contact information repeatedly. NO SUPERVISOR has returned my call. If there was a negative rating system I would give them 5 negative stars!

Tip for consumers:
If your merchandise is not received, you as the consumer have very little to no recourse!

I do think the bag is authentic, however it came damaged and customer service wouldn't have anything to do with it. They said send it back in the same packaging. Well hello, I had to remove the packaging to inspect the bag. They wouldn't even offer an exchange! They said I would have to reorder it if I wanted a replacement. I asked them if their products are factory seconds or floor models (since it came so scratched and creased), and they didn't respond to it. They also didn't respond when I asked if I got a replacement that it would come free of defects. I tried to write a review of the bag I received on their website, but they wouldn't publish it because it wasn't a glowing 5 star review. What a joke. I will never buy from them again.

My husband ordered me a bag on Feb 3rd for a Valentine's gift. Shipping was 3-11 days. After 5 days passed with no communication from ILD I emailed them because my account info showed the purse as "not shipped". No response so after 7 days I contacted ILD customer service by phone and was informed that the bag was NOT IN STOCK! They refunded my money which took a total of 10 days to go back into my account! I cannot understand how they never even had informed me of any of this UNTIL I contacted them. There customer service we're very unsympathetic to me about all of it. Basically it was a disaster. Really disappointed because I have ordered from them in the past without any problems and the site is a legit Dooney and Bourke outlet site selling authentic Dooney but Dooney Should be embarrassed of their shoddy service and it's definitely a let down on Dooney good reputation

I ordered a door buster bag with a promo code that I had wanted for a very long time. When the bag never came and I called the company they stated the order was returned for undeliverable address but when I gave my address they stated it was correct. The rep said they could refund my card when they receive the bag but would not remail it to me. I can go the the site and repurchase but will not match the price. I also chatted with a rep who also stated I may reorder but will not give me the price I initially paid. I love Dooney bags but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I am so disappointed they will not match my original price!

I LOVE DOONEY IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. IF I COULD GIVE YOU NO STARS I WOULD. 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THE AGGRAVATION YOU PUT ME THROUGH. THE SAME DAY I ORDERED I TRIED TO CANCEL, YOU SAID IT WAS ALREADY SHIPPED, WAS A LIE. THEN I RECEIVED THE THE BAG YOU TELL ME THERE'S A $10.00 CHARGE TO RETURN WHICH WAS NEVER STATED ANYWHERE WHILE SHOPPING OR ORDERING, WHICH IS A SCAM THAT YOU KNOW YOU ARE RUNNING BECAUSE YOU WOULD HAVE STATED THAT EARLIER ON NOT UNTIL CUSTOMER NEEDS TO RETURN MERCHANDISE. THEN YOU MAKE IT HARD FOR CUSTOMERS TO RETURN BY NOT SENDING QR CODES TO THEM. BY WRITING THIS REVIEW I HOPE I CAN PREVENT OTHER SHOPPERS FROM BUYING FROM I LOVE DOONEY.

Return policy should be posted on every item before purchasing.

I ordered a crossbody and it arrived damaged. Used the prepaid label THEY emailed me and sent the purse back within the hour it arrived. Weeks later and they havent issued me a refund. So they want to charge me for a damaged purse that I sent back? This company is horrible, first and last time ever ordering from them. Emails back and forth and they are trying to claim they didnt get back the purse. I used the label THEY sent me and tracked it back to them arrived. DISGUSTING!

I've ordered a few bags from them over the last 5 years, one tote bag was sent to me all molded up and smelly, I had to send it back. The other bags, no issue but it seems to me that if you order more than one at a time, the rest of order is cancelled. My last two orders had 3 items in each order and they cancelled two from each order. This is nerve wracking as I try to match up bag, wallet, wristlet set. I'm kinda done with them, if they don't have the product, dont put it online to promote it and each time I had to email them to get my credit for the cancelled items. If you cancel items, give the immediate credit. I'm super disappointed that my orders keep being cancelled with no explanation and no credit. Not worth the hassel and they could care less it seems.

I attempted to purchase a pocketbook that was going to be a gift. I ordered in plenty of time and they immediately took the payment. I never received an e-mail confirmation and never received the product. After calling and getting a false story about the item would be ready to ship on 1/28, I waited a week and still no product. I just happened to look at my credit card and two days after telling me it would be ready to ship, they refunded the payment with no communication, no notice as to why, just cancelled. I called to find out what happened and the rep claimed that they wait to see if they would get the product, but THEY DON'T TELL YOU THAT. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT order from this company. They are supposed to be a "sister" company to Dooney & Bourke, but I beg to differ. Dooney & Bourke needs to sever the relationship as they hurt their name! Lesson learned for me, no more I Love Dooney orders for me!

I thought I'd try the ilovedooney site for a Christmas present. The bag I purchased was on sale for $90 and I ordered it in time to arrive a week before Christmas. When it arrived, it was another person's order in a box with my shipping label on it. The bag I received was half the cost of the one I purchased. The customer service people were nice but not very knowledgeable. The company acts like it's your fault and makes you return the wrong bag before they will do anything about the one you purchased. With me having to go to FedEx a few days before Christmas, there was no time to send my correct order and I was told I wouldn't receive it on time for Christmas. DON'T USE THEM. GO TO THE REAL DEAL. I never got to see my bag so I don't know if they are genuine or not.

Ordered on April 1st, on April 4th I noticed my order said "Backordered", I contacted their customer support and they said that was an error my order was on the way, they had provided a deliver date of April 6th when I ordered the product. I asked customer service again to confirm it would be here on April 6th and they again ignored. Got tracking today on April 5th and it wont' be here until the 10th. Some 2 day shipping, it took 8 business days. Turns out they sat on it for 4 days and then even when they found it, they didn't try to make it right by sending it quicker. STAY AWAY, they could careless about you.

Was told that you don't need to put the promo code in to receive the discount and then later was told that I had to put code in to get the 30% off (have email chain to prove it). Asked them to refund me the difference since they lied to me - won't do it and won't cancel the order - just get some blanket email back how they are sorry for any inconvenience - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE -- what company can't refund you the discount -- JUST TRYING TO GRAB YOUR MONEY AND THEN THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AFTER THAT? Called credit card company to tell them that this purchase is fraud because of their selling practices.

This place is beyond sketchy, I've read several other reviews. Sadly I'm not alone. This business has the worst customer service I've ever seen and you just better hope your order doesn't get lost in transit because not only will you never get your purchase you will also pay the shipping cost for an item you never got. I don't have enough room here to describe the numerous issues I've had with this business but all they could offer for each of these issues is "unfortunately we can't" zero customer service, zero common sense, lack basic customer service principles. I'll never give these idiots 1 more penny and unless you don't mind the risk, you probably shouldn't either. Their motto CUSTOMERS ALWAYS WRONG. My motto THEN I WILL BUY ELSEWHERE you're hardly the only shop online

I ordered a handbag on the 20th of Dec gave very detailed instructions on where to place package with I Love Dooney and I have informed delivery with USPS, FedEx and UPS. So all the above was informed about where to leave package at rear door on 2nd floor porch. No it was left in front at other apartment and no purse and it was 298.00 and I LOVE DOONEY is acting like its my fault. When i ordered online and i saved information and its states where to leave my stuff. Its been 3 weeks no purse and no money and no word. I bought handbag from The Dooney site and there was no problem, but this outlet online store will never shop here ever again. Kimberly Gilmore

Before i ordered an item from ilovedooney i ofcourse google it first and read the reviews, despite of some people's bad comment i continue with my order to try it for myself. I ordered a tan crossbody camera and it came faster than expected, packanged so well and the product came perfect, the price is so affordable. I loooove dooney and i started to collect since 2010.
I highly recommend i lovedooney to my friends and family.

Ilovedooney is the defects, irregulars, or slightly damaged bags. These are small and your satisfaction will really depend on how picky you are. I give them only a two star because this is not disclosed when you order and it really should be. Also, their customer service is not great. Right now I am debating if I can live with the minor imperfections of my recent order. Sadly, one of the imperfections looks like it may contribute to a bigger problem down the line. There is a scratch in the leather which may continue to get worse. So my advice is weigh out the cost savings and if you can live with imperfections. Other than that, I did receive confirmation of my order, I received tracking info, and it was delivered on time. My dealings with customer service regarding the minor flaws landed on deaf ears. They didn't really care what the issue was or that a simple part replacement would fix it. They just said send the whole bag back. It's all or nothing. To be fair, they did say they'd refund it. This is just a very straight forward, no ifs, ands or buts about it, place. It's become my understanding that they know they're dealing with imperfections and they're just not going to argue or go to any extent to make things right. You like it, great, you don't, send it back. In actuality, there's nothing wrong with this practice, but they should be straightforward up front in that you are receiving the merchandise with slight defects.

Gave valid credit card info, of course with security code, site will not place the order. Attempted X3, assumed this is a scam. Canceled my credit card. Beware!

Potentially a scam site, I would order directly from Dooney and Bourke. Do you know when they say too good to be true, yeah, I’m pretty sure what the site is just to get credit card information.

Tried to order a bag, basically the site took my credit card information, Once they had it it stated the order could not be placed. I thought this was the actual Dooney and Bourke site which it is not so I’m assuming it’s a scam to get credit card information. I had to cancel my credit card, it was one of those too good to be true purchases I should’ve known better!

I have seen this site on Facebook for years, and wondered if it was a scam, but tempted by price ordered, but have I been missing the boat, genuine dooney Purcell

Love this company wish I had ordered sooner, it's the real deal

Do not order from ilovedooney. Ordered a purse that was advertised as "a deal" on Krazy Coupon Lady that showed in stock on their website plus an extra 20% off. After they got my money the invoice disappeared. Luckily for me I paid with Paypal and started a dispute for refunding my money. I could not get tracking information for my purchase. They responsed with all of these request to PROVE that I made a purchase. THEY GO MY MONEY THOUGH! They WILL NOT RESPOND TO YOU AFTER THEY STEAL FROM YOU! IF THERE WAS A HORRIBLE STAR CHOICE ABOVE, I WOULD CHOOSE IT! Stay As Far Aways As Possible from ordering from this company! You've been warned.
