I started as a six week challenger because I didn't want to commit to a membership if I didn't like the classes. I lost 16.6 lbs and 4.4% body fat as a challenger. I enjoyed the classes so much I bought a membership at the end of the challenge. I'm currently having fun and maintaining my weight. All the instructors have their own style... you will never get bored. There are theme days for added fun and check-ins count towards charity organizations. I would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to get in shape or stay in shape.
Awesome workouts! Fun and very motivating instructors. Clean and Covid-safe. Crazy amount of calories burned each session. I joined in February for the 6-week challenge and I am hooked now. Give it a try!
The instructors at ILKB-Midlothian have been supportive, encouraging, fun and caring, from the very beginning of my health and weight-loss journey! Even when I got sick, they checked on me and made me feel important. A huge part of my success has been the instructors. They made me want to succeed and continue on, even when it got hard or I was in that "plateau" state. Give them a try and don't be afraid of kickboxing! Great atmosphere to workout. Music and instructors keep you pumped and motivated through routines. Recommended for all fitness levels.
