Most of our videos were converted without issue. One of them has lines on it as if someone didn't adjust the tracking on the VCR, if you remember that function. I sent it back to get re-done and some of the video was improved, but not all. A couple still have lines and one if very jumpy. Not sure what else can be done. At any rate, glad to finally have this done, although, I realized I forgot to send one in.

Not as pricey as expected, yet the service was very well organized. Mostly important they came through with the goods. I now have all our home movies in a thumb drive, and so do my siblings for their birthdays. Hearing about it, now my cousin wants to do his.

A few of my films did not load online, so I called. It was never explained why they hadn't, but I was told they were all there and I could try again to access them. And I was successful, so no issues after all.

At 67 years old I moved after retiring to be closer to my children and grands. In the process of the move I found VHS tapes from 30-40 years ago. I decided to have them converted and thanks to iMemories I have been able to share these wonderful memories with not only my children but my siblings, aunts, cousins and many more. I am so glad I had all of our home movies digitized. With the rapid development of new recording technology back in the day, we never watched any of our tapes because the equipment was changing so fast. I am giving my six grown children access to their digitized childhoods for Christmas this year. Thank you iMemories!

I was concerned about how to package my originals and customer service reassured me they would be okay.

I had quite a few old VHS tapes that I needed to get digitized. IMemories made this entire project extremely easy. From shipping to accessing my digitized files, iMemories took all the anxiety out of the process. I highly recommend them for digitization projects.

Although we love the final product, we were disappointed & surprised at the sluggishness of the downloading process. Sometimes it would take 24 hours for the requested download to be ready. Perhaps a slow server? Your website is sluggish as well.

I don't understand the part about free trial on cloud running out after paying a fair amount to convert my tapes. Is this a hidden extra charge? I hope I didn't pay $200 for viewing access for a month only?

The process was so quick and easy. They send you a box that includes bags and packing bubbles and return label. You just box up everything and send it off. You can log in to get updates, but you are also emailed of progress once digitized you can share the website for friends and family to watch at their convenience. You get a free 30 days trial period for this function. Then you can do a monthly or yearly subscription or just download/ copy yourself and forget the subscription.

Movies I found in my attic have been converted to an easily watched form that family from around the country can look at and marvel at. I'm 95 and there I am at my 2 year old birthday party?
The service was quick, professional, easy and satisfying.

The shipment was slower than I expected and I was very anxious because it took a long time getting there. I called to check if they had received my tapes and was reassured by someone with excellent customer service that it was still in transit and they'd let me know when it arrives which it did.

The conversion from VHS tapes to digital was impressive because I thought some of my tapes from the 80”s 90”s would be too brittle to transfer to digital, but they did and I’m so relieved!

Even though some of my film was very old most of the Memories came thru and that's all I was really hoping for. The family had a great time watching all of them.

I had a great experience with iMemories. I would just give the heads up that if your videos have any mold on them, iMemories can't convert them & they will be shipped back to you. This makes sense, however I didn't realize how many of my videos this included unfortunately! I would love to find a reliable company that could remove the mold for me, I wish iMemories had this service as well! Overall, I 100% recommend this service.

Absolutely 💯% recommend iMemories! 🙌🏻 We sent 25 tapes, 24 of our daughter since birth, and 1 of our wedding. 🤪 Our daughter is getting married this Saturday and it has been so special being able to watch these memories leading up to her special day! Your company's services were very helpful.
My only complaint, suggestion is you should ask your customers what size shipping box they need. I had 34 old fashioned slides in a box 2" x 3" and received, paid for a huge box and shipping.

To have all of these memories back again is amazing. Very well organized! Price is reasonable at the 50% off rate. Conversion to thumb drives or other forms of storage is quite overpriced, but so glad I can download them myself. Thank you I Memories!

We had film and slides over 40 years old and I was reluctant to have them updated because
I was afraid they would be ruined. I saw an ad from iMemories and decided to take a chance.

I am so glad I sent my tapes in to be converted. I absolutely love getting to watch my sons Christmas performances from pre-k again. You don't realize how many school plays and little musicals you saw all those years ago that are now lost until you get the tapes back and all of a sudden you get to watch them perform all over again but this time you get to relish it and give it really close attention.

One of my albums was not able to be downloaded and they started working on my issue right away. They contacted me during the day, while IT was working on it, just to let me know it was still a priority and they made sure to call me as soon as it was available for me. They really went above and beyond for me.

IMemories was easy to use. My items were digitized quickly and then returned to me quickly. They communicate regularly in emails explaining cloud membership, how to download and share and asking if I have questions. Highly recommend using them.

This is just an amazing service, it's thrilling to be able to re-live our memories. I just wish that empty or damaged tapes could be set aside and we not be charged for them. Other than that, absolutely fabulous!
