I ordered two hoverboards for Christmas gifts for my sons. I paid a total of 890.00 for both. I called after Christmas to ask if there were any recalls and the company assured me that mine were not defective. So recently I received the recall letter and they are not refunding money for the boards they are offering a credit at their hideous apparel store which my boys would never shop at! It is gangster clothing! And a sweat shirt is over 100.00 dollars for what looks like clown clothing. I have written to the Better Business Bureau and I am getting ready to write to the attorney general. Any advise from anyone is so appreciated. I am so disturbed that this company can get away with this! Class action suit? I'm in!
