*** I started my membership January 1st 2021 for that year and 2022 I took advantage of their Rewards Program. So in 2021 they couldn't find my Annual Wellness exam. Then when I gave all pertinent inf. And was told Rewards would be processed. So! I had to do this multiple times for some reason it kept being delayed or dropped from the payment list. In the end it was delivered 5 months after originally promised. Same same for 2022 Rewards, I've called more then a few times, they always find the details needed and say payment is now being processed. Marissa must be sick of my phone calls and voice mails. Today they tell me I am on a list sent to Upper Management for approval. This is an Advantage plan for seniors, I can only surmise they hope we will forget or die and no one will follow up. Sad Sad.
