Scott and his team members helped me to add a crucial feature in the tool in a pretty quick time. I am grateful I could go live with my webstore before a major event last year. This product has been a boon for my business. There are certain issues. But I think the pros outweigh the cons.

“Terrible customer service and not user friendly”

If I could give this product 0 Stars I would. The license is thousands of dollars and the support is terrible. If you submit a support ticket they will open and close the ticket in the middle of the night to say the issue is resolved, to avoid actually solving this issue. Support will ignore emails. This product is not mobile friendly like they say it is in the demo, unless you have the newest iphone, so its basically useless to consumers unless they are on a desktop. Looks cool in demo but in actual real life is fumbly and hard for the everyday customer to use. Every customer we had that attempted to use the imprintnext product designer on our website gave up and ended up emailing us the artwork as the designer was too difficult to use, rendering the product useless. Also the time frame is super short to receive a refund and they will not budge. There are far cheaper and way more user friendly options out there. Don't buy this product unless you like wasting money and time!

I have tried many product designer solutions. I think ImprintNext is the one-stop solution for companies offering product customization online. The best thing is its user experience and features. The features that this tool has, is incomparable to any other tools I ever used in the past. This works like a catalyst to drive more customers. One thing they need to do is add support for Internet Explorer. Still some of my customers are on the legacy browser.

Always recomended.

I chose this product because they have a dedicated team to modify the design studio based on specific business requirements. Which I could not find in most of the product designer tools out there. For almost all design studio solutions one has to compromise with whatever is provided by default. That's the major reason I chose this. I must say I am happy with the software.

I have been a happy customer since last 3 years. They are not the best but they got a good support team. I am talking about tech support. Adam specifically is pretty supportive. They have trained my team on product usage. Most of my back office is now streamlined. The problem is that they respond slowly on weekends. We work 24*7. Weekend delays affect us to some extent. This is something they need to be addressed from imprintNext Management.

Imprintnext, still hold true to the needs of your customers, first and foremost. You listen. You plan. You improve. You execute. I've seen all too often as a company grows, it is easy to get caught up in the process, problems, and the bottom-line and they lose what made them special along the way."

I have tried many designer tools but I landed on imprintNext just last year. Needless to say their template system is one of the best in the industry. One issue is that they got many features that I find to be overwhelming at times. I have to turn off them for my products. Apart from that this tool is something I am going to stick to for years ahead provided they keep on updating and upgrading based on my business needs.

I liked their software. My customers love the design features, cliparts that come with it. The text effects that can be applied using this design tool is phenomenal. One major issue I found is that they don't support my native language. Mostly they are into European languages and English I believe.

ImprintNext is one of my go-to solutions for product customization. I love the way it plugs into ecommerce platforms like Shopify. Initially I was using it on WooCommerce but then I switched to Shopify. It switched like a charm with minimal migrations in a pretty quick time. My Back Office team loves the Production Management system this software provides. Their customer support team is quite responsive.
The upgrade process is manual which I don't like. They go on pushing new features which might not be relevant to my business. I have to turn them off. Apart from this everything looks good for me.

Completely in love with Imprintnext! Every interaction with the Imprintnext team has been nothing but delightful. Full support during the on-boarding process and full support many months later. I can't thank Imprintnext enough for their service and I am excited to grow with them at my side.

Imprintnext's robust system makes group ordering completely hassle-free. To be able to provide our customers with beautiful online stores to make their lives easier is huge. All your customer has to do is send out a link to their group members and they are done. Adding different garments such as long sleeves, tanks, 3/4 sleeves to a customer's online store is completely effortless and is a no-brainer for boosting sales!

One of my print managers suggested that I must try ImprintNext a few years back. I have been using it since and it has now become an integral part of our print business. We are into promotional product printing. Our Team uses multiple printing technologies and a variety of products. This tool is quite versatile in dealing with all the use cases for me.

Pros
-Supports multiple Printing Technologies(Screen, DTG, Sublimation etc.)
-Supports almost all the products I use. Starting from pens, apparels, office stationery, mats to business cards and billboards.
-The print ready files are in the format we need (vectors, JPEG and PDF)

Cons
-They are not providing integration for ShopWare platform.
-Currently Support is given through a support portal. --An Omnichannel support is good to have.

We lost lot of money and we got nothing! We chose this because we were told that Imprintnext would get coming features for production management and sales and marketing ready in month and this was year ago. Than one month, two months, three months and half year went and those were not ready. Promises after promises.

We needed many customizations and we trusted the company so we started project and paid in advance per milestones. We were shown how project was going but we didn´t see concrete progress and when deadline came we had very big problems. Our site got hacked. It happened little right after they made some installations. It was right in our high season and our live site was not working for one week. So we lost lot of sales also and workhours. Our own developer said that there is big security issues and bugs in their software. We hired security expert and made report for them and all what they answered was that this kind of things has never happened with other customers so it is not their fault. But I haven´t ever had this kind of problems either.

After nine months we didn't get this ready and working. Last months we didn't get enough help and answers. I feel that they might not have own developers because they didn't want our developer to talk straight to their developer. It went so difficult that we needed to cancel project and ask refund. After cancelation I have tried to get contact but I get NO answers. They have worst customer service I have ever had!

I hope I could have this kind of feedback to read year ago and I would never started project with them. I hope this helps someone else to find better option.

Stay away and find better option.

In case you missed it, Your site got hacked at a time when we were closing in on our delivery goals and surprisingly it was the main site and not the site where ImprintNext developers were working on. Still, we made all our efforts to restore your site without an extra charge.

We can still deliver and go live with the existing developments as they remain unaffected, but as you decided to switch the platform, we accepted your decision and continued providing support to integrate ImprintNext into an unlisted platform by providing every necessary documentation and detail.
