Spent a ton of money with zero qualified employees. Called when I realized how much I was being billed... Don't waste your money or time! Wish I had checked this site first!
Created a new indeed account and posted a sponsored job. Within minutes, the account was disabled due to quality standards. Please let me know what is required to complete this posting process.

I had some issues with Indeed the last month as I couldn`t post a job with them. However, after posting in this site Dorit, Indeed representative, contacted me immediately and I found out that It was a mismatch -posting a job in another state and using Indeed USA. After posting the job in the correct indeed everything was fine and job was posted in 1 hour.
Overall very happy with a quick feedback and resolving the problem.
Hello Emel, thank you so much for the feedback in your updated review. We are here to help you if you need us in the future.
Is there any job on Indeed that is real? It's either I get contacted for Sales jobs stating my resume matches their qualifications, which based on my degree in Web Development I can only guess means having a pulse is all you need. 25 years in customers service, many freelancing in web dev and a degree, can't get anywhere. Not even rejections, by the way, but flat out crickets. Resume was viewed -> job expired. What? It's a waste of my time to be applying for a job through this website to get nowhere. I even have resorted to taking my degree off of my resume to gear it more toward a customer service job, hoping they don't see that I'm over qualified and not want to hire me because they think I won't be happy taking calls with a degree. Yeah, I love how employers think they can anticipate my feelings, but that's another topic. This website is a pure waste of time.
I gave it two stars because of how easy it is to use and waste your time. So at least I don't have to waste time at wasting my time.
I've been using it for more than a year, btw. I'm not new at this

Indeed disabled our account with only the generic communication saying only "One or more of the jobs you posted to Indeed.com was deemed not consistent with Indeed's quality standards". This is on the same job post we've been using for years. After weeks of back and forth, escalations etc, they told us the issue was they needed proof we were a company. (Nothing wrong with the job posting) Indeed provided ZERO information on what the issues were with our account, and after sending multiple documents proving we are a legitimate business they turned our account back on and asked us to post the job. I understood that whatever issues they had with us, were now resolved. We reviewed candidates for about a week, when suddenly the account disappeared again, however this time there was no communication at all. Not only that, the day they disabled the account, they also fraudulently charged my credit card for services I had not purchased. A call to the 1-800 number resulted in no explanation, only that we don't comply with the terms of service; They claim that the 'Quality Team' reviews the cases, yet nobody can tell us what exactly in the terms of service is out of compliance, and they don't provide the opportunity to correct any issues. This is the worst company we've ever had the displeasure of working with, and I highly recommend you find alternate service.
Hi! It looks like the account may need specialized attention. We have sent a private message, please view the message at your earliest convenience. Thank you!
I have worked for The Rowland Group for over 10 years and this has been my favorite job EVER! The Rowland's always do "the right thing" ALWAYS! They are very fair, the work environment is fun and we all work together as a TEAM.
BEST PLACES TO WORK!
This is by far the worst service that I have ever used. I posted a position on this website as a free service. Less than a week later my account was charged 27. Xx dollars. I called customer service to complain letting them know that I did not receive a single qualified applicant for the opening I posted. I was blamed by the customer service rep stating that I basically did not know how to post a job which is actually funny since I spent 20 years working for a Job & Career Counseling firm and another 10 years as a job placement manager. TERRIBLE SERVICE FOR EMPLOYERS! I should have stuck with Monster!
It has come to my realization that there is no way to delete my credit card info from your site nor our entire company info. This will be report the Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations Canada - Federal Government - Your website is very clever in making it easy to sign up and literally IMPOSSIBLE to delete - I will be posting this message on every site I can possible advise employers of your unscrupulous practices.

Indeed disabled my account and had given no clarification why they are disabling. They say ads post is free but after a day of posting, they disable the account. Completely unprofessional

Answer: Hello Gerard, sorry for the negative experience. Indeed recently augmented existing search quality programs with new, ongoing strategies to make sure all jobs on Indeed meet standards for quality. This effort included a large scale review of job listings. Jobs that violated our guidelines and companies that did not meet our quality standards were disabled. We apologize that this was a frustrating process for you and will provide this feedback to our Search Quality team for future improvements.
Answer: By NO MEANS should you pursue this so-called job offer further and in fact, you should report them to the Better Business Bureau.
