Purchased walk in tub and the discount was amazing, the installers were very nice too. However, when they brought the tub in they found it was too large to go through the bathroom door, something the sales person should have seen? They had to cut the doorway frame, it was put back but not to what I expected. A signed installation satisfaction signed but this was before using the jetted tub. After using it 3x we noticed that the jets were not the same on the bottom as on the top, not enough power. We called and were told that they would get a new motor to help with this. The motor was shipped to us and we let them know it was here, then we waited weeks for someone to come and install it after 2 or 3 cancelled appointments. When the installer finally came he said that the new motor was the right one and the one they should have given to us when they first came to install the jetted tub. (why he didn't say anything when they first installed it is beyond us). I don't know what they did in the bathroom but they came out and said they didn't have the right tools to install the new motor and they promised to be back the following Tuesday, perplexing that they didn't have the right tools after they made a call somewhere, how do you come to a home without tools for any kind of installation. Following Tuesday we received a call that they are not coming and we need to reschedule once again. I do not believe they will call or send anyone back. We were so frustrated that we said we would call our lawyer as we are being taken advantage which made the scheduler not happy with and he said "go ahead and do it" obviously he knows if there is no monetary value therefore no lawsuit. This is something that happens to seniors all the time. We never heard from them again. I also believe that part of the issue is that they really undercut the price and are now regretting it add that to the fact that we are seniors being taken advantage of well let's just say I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. And after the sale is made and paid for, you lose all contact with customer service and you are put at the bottom. Once again – the tub itself is fine, the motor no and the customer service is abhorrent.
