Good domestic leads provided by them. I paid only ******* but their b2b portal is super fast. I get their buyers in daily basis

It is a pity that because of a few stupid suppliers registered on the portal the entire databank of genuine suppliers go mistrusted by foreign buyers. I must say Indiamart is a decent web B2B portal only one important advice UNDERSTAND AND KNOW THE SUPPLIER IF HE IS GENUINE HE WILL NOT HESITATE TO CONCEAL ANY INFORMATION REGARDING PRODUCT, PRICE OR HIS OWN COMPANY

B2B portals are relatively new and not very common in Indian sub-continent compared to West. So Ideally it sounds so disgraceful that few bunch of chaps not only throw red flags on all other suppliers but mark INDIA as a low trust business zone amongst foreign buyers.

Buyers need to have clarity and specifications to their requirement and within few days of posting a sell lead on the portal they can quickly evaluate between genuine and non genuine suppliers.

Ideal time for replies to any buy lead is 3/4 days, as any one who is regularly using the portal won't miss out on a lead that is genuine and real.

This portal is just a platform choosing to genuinely do business is ones own selection, for deceiving can be even after meeting face to face. As suppliers we ourselves came across buyers who would not respond or revert even after steady follow-ups.

Good Day Indiamart More credits for AllCare Pharmacy. My sisters and I have been trying to get Apetamin Syrups and tablets, dinitrophenol DNP capsules and Trimix injection along with nandrolone. We were cheated twice a week ago before we founded Allcare Pharmacy in Indiamart. My sisters were so skeptical to trade with them, since they had everything we were looking for at that moment. I decided to place in order for all the products at the minimum order rates and they presented me with an invoice for the order. Today we are happy to have received our package and delivery was made on time. We had the package exactly where it was supposed to be delivered. Do business with Allcare Pharmacy and be happy for once. I bought an expensive capture card, never received it, and they won't answer any communications.
They will take your money and run!

You will never get what you try to purchase. Once paid, the original price, the seller kept coming up with more reasons to charge extra money

For the last couple of days, I am helping my wife in setting up a business and so I *******@IndiaMart for some suppliers.

I got lots of calls that were reported as spam, anyways let's continue, since in the Digital era we trust online business and sellers very easily and I did the same.

I ordered samples from 5 suppliers and I got them on time, later on, we chose to go with two suppliers and we started. One of them was sai sports and one was AK sports they were the same entity, I paid them 7500/- in advance for an order. But after paying money they stopped picking up my calls, they were seeing my messages on WhatApp but were not responding, the day they pick my call(From a new number) and said that the guys are away(How could a business guy be away from their phone registered in various places). I reported that in IndiaMart and now the story begins.

IndiaMart did not bother to take any action for 5 days Until I reported again tagging our Finance minister they started the process, not for the sake of customer service, but to avoid any hurdle. They contacted the seller and created a story with them, meanwhile, I got a call from the fury guy from a number which I paid for the order, he abused me, threatened me, and used every trick to settle by force, I reported the same to IndiaMart, but they pulled their hands off saying they can help me on financial fraud but can't do anything in the matter of threatening and abusing seller came from IndiaMart.

Suddenly they close my ticket saying that the seller has sent the product trusting the seller whom I have reported a fake courier receipt earlier.

I am attaching two photos one where they ask for money and later shows they are not picking up calls, I am open to providing more evidence if anyone requires.

Everyone of these companies are only trying to get your money with chance of getting your products don't use this app

Today I got a call during Client Meeting from the customer service executive of IndiaMart regarding joining their paid membership programme for digital marketing. Actually he had discussed the terms & conditions of joining this, few days back. But somehow due to busy schedule, I forgot to activate the online link and do the transaction.

Thats it! I think i have done this much to make him use harsh and high tone on the call! He used some hard words!
N Believe me my phone was on loudspeaker!
In front of my client, I felt embarrassed!
I replied, "Is this the way you approach all your clients? Is this the way IndiaMart promote the business? Lets please cut the call."
Saying "Thanks for wasting my time" He cuts the call.

After around a hour, a got another call from the dealing hand who dealt with me from IndiaMart complaining my mistake to not crediting the amount.
I just give her the feedback about the previous call, and how embarrassing his words prove in front of a client. And asked her " do they record calls" and she simply smiled and said, " No sir, we don't".

She tried hard to convince me to do the transaction and get the membership, somehow I believe to hold on the transaction for some more days.
From morning my mind is finding the reason Why he used such words and tone?
I am a client to them, I was supposed to invest on their membership programme, They are definitely gonna have some sort of benefit. Just because i delayed the transaction, even not having anything charged on my account, nothing purchased nothing sold, just a new client.
Unsatisfied with the way of approach.

Sales Wale client ko service benifits bata k mota pesa lete hai or pesa lene k legal k naam pe service band kar dete hai chahe seller kitna bhi purana ho jab legal team se baat Karo to bahut hi badtameezi se baat karte hai or pesa na refund na karne ki or service na active na karne ki dhamki dete hai sabse bada fraud legal team mai koi Rahul Singh na ka employee bitha rakha hai jo hamesha sabse badtameezi se baat karta hai, totally fraud service hai.
