I had subscribed indiamart services and right before subscribing they promise a lot of thing but once you subscribe they are irresponsive and you don't get anything as promised. These appl are careless and they have no ethics and responsibilities that their client should be satisfied for ther service they had paid for. You will never hear back from them until your subscription nears ending and you start receiving calls & emails every now and then, they keep calling from different numbers.
Indiamart is a letral mess just don't get into it and you are better off with your own marketing plan given the amounts you might be thinking to pay to indiamart so just IGNORE whatever INDIAMART SAYS.THEIR NUMBERS PLANS STATISTICS EVERYTHING IS USELESS! They will torture you and keep calling but won't deactivate your previous indiamart account!
Incase you still go ahead with indiamart you wil eventually find this message lol!.You will not receive any potential cleint or ROI againt your investment. Instead you will receive retail inquires that will rarely turn into a sale and that too for cheaper items not the high value ones.

Our bad luck started on 20 December 2019 when we went to his factory(fly ash brick manufacturing machine), he promised to deliver the machine in two months and hence demanded full payment. However the machine was not ready even till February 2021.
He sent the frame of the machine and then did all the other construction on our site. Hence we had to bear the security expenses/ construction expenses six months before the machine was even started.
Very low-quality material and assembling.
Before payment, he was very polite however he was extremely rude and lied in every instance after that.
Because he knew his machine was low quality and below standard, he did not provide any training or support since day one. As he knew the machine would not last even an hour, he did not provide any live trial.
Within one week we noticed he had not provided a very important part of the machine-rotavator and refused to provide it later as well. When we bought it from another seller, he made that as an excuse to be extra rude and refused to provide any customer service.
Due to poor quality material and assembling, the machine has never worked even a single full day and within the first 3 months, we had to make dozens of modifications and repairs to the machine- of course from our expenses. Currently while writing this review, the machine is down for one week because one of the cylinders is broken down as he had provided 3( unaligned) bolts instead of 4.
To sum it all we were really unlucky to have to deal with fraud and cheat like him, so if you are planning to place an order to him please beware.
After sending payment I received the typical your order has shipped email. As days passed I decided to check the tracking through elite courrier (fake delivery service also owned by India mart) to see where the shipment was. It said it was on hold in Mexico…. And I needed to pay a 128 fee to import medical goods because of a covid import fee…. They steal your money then try to pry more out of you in the hopes your medication will come thru.
What tipped it off was the courrier service was the one telling me the import fee was to go back to India to this individual to pick up cash…. Here's their verbiage below, BEWARE! I lost $400

I received whatsapp and email from a company call Amazing pharmacy after I sent an inquiry to Indiamart Then I kept receiving calls, email and whatsapp from this sales person call Hanson... keep telling me to make payment by western union/moneygram/tt. The TT receiver is Raoual Aimw Tchouanga, account number **************834, the name totally different from Amazing Pharmacy. I was not familiar with India payment, he told me that is the way they do business with many companies and no problem. I trust him. After TT the money, I received email from Goldexpressddelivery that I need to pay USD350 in order to get the product release to me, then only they will refund the USD350 to me. Immediately I sensed something wrong. I whatsapp that Hanson. He told me he is willing to pay the USD150 and told me to pay USD200 to get the product release to me. I know that he wanted to further scam me. I told him I won't do because I know that I got scam already. Adesso devo fare affidamento sul rimborso da parte di PayPal non potendo richiedere alcun risarcimento ad IndiaMART che provvede solo a segnalare i nominativi di venditori inaffidabili e commercialmente disonesti senza assumersi responsabilità di alcun tipo per garantire i loro adempimenti. Il consiglio è sempre lo stesso: alla larga da IndiaMART se non volete incorrere in brutte sorprese.
E' un'associazione che dovrebbe servire ad aiutare i venditori indiani ad esportare. In realtà è un'associazione che non tutela affatto l'immagine dell'INDIA e dei suoi iscritti. Anzi, la danneggia. A me è capitato di acquistare un orologio da un iscritto ad IndiaMART che in realtà era un truffatore.
