This is the WORST online order I have ever had the experience of dealing with. I had to threaten to call VISA and cancel my payment multiple times to have them process the order in the first place. After over a month HALF of it was finally shipped out. The products that arrived are poor scratchy fabrics, stones are falling out and they material is torn. I cancelled the rest immediately and still have no refund after another MONTH of waiting. They don't answer email they don't respond except to steal your money and send you crap months later. Get your things elsewhere, these people are THIEVES.
I recently bought a Tafetta silk lehenga choli. I received my order.No issues.The tailoring is neat and clean.The fabric is lovely as described, Customer service team is prompt in answering any queries. I will highly recommend this store. Thank you online clothing store.

Very worst delivery. I have ordered for saree worth rs 1100 and made payment. But they have sent saree which is useless maybe it worth around 200rs. I have mailed but no response. Never seen this kind of worst delivery..

I needed a saree for an Indian wedding. I am 5'4"ft, 125 pounds and bust size 34. I did not want to drape the saree myself as I am not good at it so I ordered my saree pre-stitched, with the Inskirt/ Peticoat (aka a slip) and the Fall & Edging. I said I wanted the height to be 5'6" since I plan to wear heals and did not want it to be too short or to drag. The saree shipped quickly and was just as pictured. Great Quality and the team responded to all of my questions timely. I highly recommend this company.
I ordered 3 outfits to be custom made with my measurements. None of them fit me at all even though I gave them accurate measurements. They are all too small to be made to fit. I have been dealing with Chirag almost 2 months now to no avail. And as others have stated the rhinestones just fall off.
I found this site last year and I've ordered so many kameez's and a saree and every order I've placed I've never been happier! I don't go on any other sites I mean I've checked out other sites and this is by far the best! Cheapest, perfect sizing, perfect shipping, and best product material. I love this site and the customer service is so nice and we get along pretty well so I give this site and all the employees 10/10.

My first experience with Indianclothstore was incredible. My suit I ordered somewherelese was not good so I needed fast a beautiful suit. I came across the webshop of Indianclothstore. Beautiful dresses and suits for good prices. I ordered one and sent the customer care an email to ask if they would be able to deliver it within 14 days (Im living in Europe). They replied really fast and with kind words. And yes within 14 days I received my suit! Beautiful pakistani dress! The price quality is fantastic and they made their promises come true. I would definitely order more suits from Indianclothstore. Try it by yourself.
