Great quality! Customer service was very helpful to cancel a duplicate order for me and ensure that I was not charged. My outfit came exactly when the delivery date suggested. The material is beautiful!
I've tried reaching customer service for weeks and no reply. I ordered two sarees thinking I could return one after seeing it in person but no one has replied to help me with the return. Disappointing.

I had ordered from here in the past so thought i can rely on them for perfect goods.i ordered 2 outfits.unfortunately did not arrive on time as expected.i had to leave for a holiday.upon my return the parcel had arrived and was so excited to try the outfits.but both terribly badly stitched and colour of one was not even off white!its a horrible lemon.as their return policy says report within 48 hrs.i didnt bother to even complain.but will never buy from them again.i mean they should check the items before sending.no quality control.

I ordered 2 beautiful sarees and was so amazed at the quality and finish.and the service too.my order arrived on time as expected.will be placing orders from here only now on.
It seems some of the products are fake and don't reflect the picture while some are more beautiful than picture. Also the "My account" link doesn't always work. It's hard to determine the price you paid for an item unless you got back for the receipt.

I love your sari collection and I always shop from you for myself and my family. I have noticed other online platforms have the "same" designer saris, yet much higher prices. I have been ordering saris from Indian Wedding Saree for years now. The craftsmanship is wonderful, huge collection to pick from and prices are reasonable. I always shop for myself and for gifts from this website.
Limited product description leaves you guessing as to what size will arrive at your door. Do not expect it to fit.
The stitching is very low quality. The material is low thread count and scratchy. Do not waste your money.

I received the Sharara that I ordered for an upcoming wedding and it was beautiful! I'm very happy with it and the sparkling details. I ordered a top that was 2" larger than my bust measurement and I wish I had ordered it another 1"-2" bigger. It fits, but is a a little tight around my bust. I love everything else about it, though.

The outfit was really nice and the sizing was good but my delivery was delayed by over a week. I was supposed to be delivered 18/19 august and I received it on the 28th. I missed the event I was carded to wear it at on the 25th.

Arrived exactly as I ordered which is great. The inky downside is that delivery took slightly longer than expected, but thankfully arrived 1 day before the event I was due to wear it for. Overall happy and would order again.

I absolutely love IWS. My family and I buy from the website multiple times throughout the year. The quality is great and sizing is exact. Unfortunately this past order was not the best. The team did work their hardest to get me all the items but one item was delayed over a month. Order was placed in September 16,2024 and i still have yet to receive the last item. Hopefully it will arrive with fast shipping. Other than that they are great and I will continue to buy from them in the future.
