After writing my first review about infinity loyal Emma from infinity loyal said she would send me a new leather jacket. That was many days ago and still no shipment notice. When I tried to email them my emails were blocked saying they contained a virus or spam. Can someone from infinity loyal let me know if they have shipped the leather jacket and the tracking number. Thank you

I bought a leather jacket online from infinity loyal. It arrived in a plastic bag. When I opened it up the smell was horrendous. It smelt like rotten fish, and the jacket was faux leather not real leather. When I contacted customer service they told me to dry clean it or purchase cleaning products. They refused to pay for cleaning. The jacket is cheaply made.Do not buy from this company. Check out their instagram site and see how many people call their company a scam.
