I paid $39.90 for what I believed to be unlimited criminal background checks through 01/20/2012.

Before I paid, I did a searched on a person and it gave two pages of one line notices about this person or several people with that name and a simple statement such as drug arrrest (without details).

In reading their (before pay) ad... I thought I could do researches on your site and get the criminal information I needed on this person and the different places he lived.

The first search I did, was the wrong person in a different state. I tried it again and it wants 29.95 for another search.

This is NOT what I understood I was purchasing.

It now appears (after paying) the unlimited Passes do not include detailed criminal results through 01/20/2012 as it suggested in the ad.

I am immediately cancel my credit card purchase and am reporting what I believe is false advertising.
