Had an issue with a factory radio. Apparently my mother board had fried. Sent the unit in and between me shipping to them and them shipping to me, 7 Business days. Now that's a heck of a turn around the staff are extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions. Thanks for the services, and I will definitely recommend your business to everyone in need.

Installation was very difficult and time consuming and the only recourse they offered was for me to rip it all out and send it back. When I asked for a partial refund they ghosted me instead. No one would buy and install navigation equipment with maps from 2008 if they knew that before they made the purchase. Unethical and dishonest.

I have purchased 3 radios from this company in as many years. They don't last and during my last transaction they sent me the wrong radio 2 times, lost my return in their system for about a month, and finally when they sent the correct radio, it was broken from day 1. Save yourself the money and grief that it will take to deal with these people.

Ordered 3 item. Received an email 2 days later saying all items have shipped. Such a lie. Called a week later and was informed 2 of the three items had not been shipped. Had to take pictures of what I received as if they didn't know what I received. Still waiting on expensive items that I still have no idea when they will reach me. Do yourself a favor and do business with another company.
My product was lost by UPS. Infotainment slow played the claim through UPS. Been over a month no product that i ordered, no refund. Made a claim through paypal. Customer service is rude. Buyer beware

Bought a used 2014 Toyota. Turned out the XM receiver that should have been in there was not. I ordered one from these guys. I assumed since I had to provide my vin number it would be registered to that. It was not. It was registered to another Toyota vin. Adding it to the xm company was frustrating because they have the year make and model the receiver is registered to since it is a used unit. Also did not come with the mounting screws indicated on the instruction video. It will not install without them. I wish I would have known all of this before hand. I would not have spent 500 bucks on the thing. You can get used Toyota xm receivers on Ebay for under 50 bucks.
I ordered the rear camera for my 2015 Jeep JKU. After install the lines did not appear on the camera so I called the factory. They said to make sure that a certain wire was connected. Over a year later, the lines randomly appear whenever they decide it is convenient for them. It has now been 3 years since install. The camera works about 5% of the time. The other 95% of the time I just get a black screen. I have never had a rear factory camera fail. Don't make the same mistake i did by buying this system.
I purchased a radio from this company, I requested expedited shipping and upon placing the order I spoke with Nick (Supervisor) and advised to ship via UPS as USPS and Fedex have had poor service lately. He documented the file but the shipping department never shipped via UPS instead shipped via USPS and shipment was late. I called in and PAID $500.00 for another unit to be shipped out and once I receive the old one I was told to contact him back and then send back the old one. Today upon contacting Infotainment they advised me that I would have to pay for shipping or they could provide a shipping label and they would deduct $15.00 from my refund. Its not my fault as a customer that they dropped the ball but yet I am liable for shipping their item back to them. In addition they are selling radios with no proof they are not stolen and cannot provide vin numbers to vehicles that the radios came out of. Very fishy and a shady business operation.
Be warry of this company. They took my money immediately then took 3 months to send the order. When I finally received the order the wiring was backwards and they sent one part wrong. They would not send me the right part without me send back the wrong part first($10 Part). Also the Installation video was not clear and ended up costing me a lot of time and a trip to the repair shop to fix the problem. There are other options out there for upgrades. I would explore them before ever thinking of ordering from them again.
I still haven't received my infotainment that I ordered 3 weeks ago. I even spent the extra money to have it shipped right away. Wishing I hadn't spent that kind of money on this product I still haven't seen. They haven't stayed in communication with me unless I ask them a specific question. You'd think they would be giving me updates on my product but I'm guessing the simply don't have it therefore they aren't giving me an ETA. I will be contacting the better buisness bureau as well.
Purchased a $1500 stereo for my car after mine went out. A week went by without receiving a shipping confirmation so I reached out. They're having problems with their supplier but they expect it to ship the next week. Nothing happens the next week, so I reach out again. If they don't have the stereos in stock, why are they available for sale on their site? Only if the stereo doesn't ship next week will I be offered a full refund. I asked the representative how to leave a review on their website(it boasts of12k+ ratings) since I couldn't find it anywhere and the chat representative disappeared.
Purchased 2k stereo. 9 months and already replacing parts. Would not recommend! The original shipped product volume didn't work. Now 9 months later and $140 more. Extremely disappointed and would stear clear!

Received a factory radio that was malfunctioning. Contacted customer support and it took a few weeks to receive a working unit. About three days after I receive a new unit, they sent a message saying the radio I've sent is missing warranty stickers, screws, main board is different, DVD drive is not working. Asking me if I know anything about it. This is some BS scam practice from this company. Be aware that they will try to scam any of of their customers. I wanted to make another purchase, after installing a rear view cam, but I will avoid this company like a plague. LOOK ELSEWHERE. THIS IS A REALLY DISHONEST COMPANY.

Terrible place seriously I ordered a odometer for my 2020 mustang on July 31st no email nothing I had to keep contacting them about my status. They told me my order was shipped and delivery day comes and nothing gets here I called them and they're like oh your odometer is on backorder there's no ETA it's August 27th!

I ordered an upgrade head unit for my Ram 1500. The product showed it was in stock. Never shipped until I called, was on the backorder, due to waiting on parts. When installed, the backup camera will not work. Everything else does. Left messages and put in a trouble ticket, however, no one ever responded. I finally got a hold of someone, and the tech said he just emailed me. This is while were communicating?
The tech seems to think I left a cable unhooked, which was not the case. The tech had me troubleshoot different procedures, which I already have tried.
The CPU had to be the issue because I switched my old head unit, and the backup camera works fine.
Asked for another CPU, the tech says they don't have anymore. However, the website shows they are available. So, I need to send Infotainment a $2700 CPU to be repaired?
Very disappointed in the customer service and product that is being delivered.
I have used their products before, specifically a head unit switch out. And no issues.

Ordered a uconnect 8.4c nav radio for my 2019 Dodge Charger, since mine came with navigation only via apple carplay/android auto. I wanted a radio with built-in and native gps. I foolishly purchased 1 from infotainment for 1,499.95. I got the radio and within 2 months, it started to delaminate. Bubbles formed all over the screen and soon the radio suffered from ghost touches and became unusable. I had a relative purchase another from infotainment, while I attempted to get mine repaired. We received this new uconnect 8.4c radio and it had no audio, in addition to getting extremely hot. We sent it back, only to receive the same exact radio back, with the same serial # and nearly the same issue. Instead of no audio, we got 2-3 seconds of audio and then no sound. Anytime you changed a station or song, it would play for a few seconds and then go silent. We asked why they would send this crap back and they said they usually attempt to fix it before sending the customer a different unit. Wtf? Man... We sent this p. O. s. Radio back and demanded a full refund. We then went to the dodge dealer and bought a brand new uconnect radio for LESS money. YES. Less money for a BRAND NEW radio. DO NOT buy from these guys. Most, if not all, of their products are refurbished/damaged. Customers just tend to not realize it until the problems rear their ugly head months later.
The Uconnect 8.4an radio in my 2014 Jeep GC kept freezing on the loading screen and I came across Infotainment.com to repair the unit. I sent it in for repair, which took nearly 2 weeks all-in. I hooked it up and everything worked great. At least it did for 2 weeks. The radio stopped working again with the same issue. The CSR sent me a shipping label to have it returned for repair. After almost a week, I hadn't heard anything and called to check the status. They said it was fixed and would be shipped within 24 hours using expedited delivery. Apparently expedited shipping is USPS priority mail which took a week to get here. To Infotainment.com's credit, they refunded me $20 for the trouble. A small courtesy for what has been difficult process. Ok, so I finally received the repaired radio (for the 2nd time) and hooked it up. Everything worked... for about 15 minutes until the next time I started the car. Now there's a new problem where the radio reboots every 30 seconds to a Uconnect splash screen, over and over and over. Imagine driving at night having this bright screen constantly rebooting without being able to turn it off. The CSR wanted me to send it in again for repair. NOT A CHANCE! Don't waste your time and money! A 1-star rating is much too generous.
This Company sucks There glad to your money and tell you a great story but in the end they suck. Customer service people rude.
