Oct. 25 ordered 9 cartridges for $62.91. Nov 11 they said the order was shipped via postal mail and I should have gotten a "tracking number" in email. Also said if I didn't get in 2-3 more days they would reship. The same date they noted they had moved to 7881 Church St #D, Gilroy CA, *******.
Maybe moving was an excuse for a shipping failure? ( Just guessing.)
Nov. 21 they said "We will reship your order to you. Thank you for your patience". Dec. 1 I said it hadn't arrived yet. Dec. 5 told them again and said
They were asking for a bad review posted on all the review sites.

Purchased 3 time prior and received my ink cartridges, the 4th time they struck my card... after a couple of weeks I emailed them and they said the ink just went out... another week went by and emailed them again they said the ink just went out and gave me a tracking no. After another week I called USPS and they said they have no tracking no like I gave them exists... now after 5 weeks I am still waiting to hear from them. They do not have a phone no. And will not email me back... Searching under Google as I should have in the beginning it shows I am not the only person this is happening to.

I ordered my ink cartridges on Sept 17 for 49.99. On their website I choose free shipping which will take 4-10 business days. I emailed everyone on the website in their contact info section on Sept 28 and waited 2 days for a response. Nothing. So I called thinking they might be busy to respond to my email. On business days I called at 9am, noon, and 4:30pm; no one picks up and the phone number on their website goes directly to the fax machine after 10 rings. Then I emailed them the next day asking for status but no reply. Try to call them still number goes to fax machine. Then next business day waited again and no reply. Called same thing happened goes to that fax machine. Emailed everyone again asking for a credit back on my credit card today. No response... will wait till tomorrow and see what happens. I am just worried that they won't credit my 49.99 back.

I have purchased about 4 orders from this online supplier of printer ink for my computer. The last order was not correct, and the carts chips were not read by my computer, and would not work. I wrote them, they authorized a return. I packed them up, and shipped on my $12, and they were refused, returned to me unopened. Thinking a mistake, I relabeled, and shipped a second time. Refused again... Now $24.00 in freight charges, and no satisfaction. These are really unscrupulous people, not business people. Do not do any business with Inks Outlet.com
