I ordered wallpaper from this site one afternoon. My husband came home from work with wallpaper he found for the same space. We both prefer what he found. I cancelled the order just hours after I submitted it. I was told that the order had just shipped and they do not give refunds. Their policy is to allow orders to be cancelled within 24 hours. I was informed that this only applies to orders not yet "shipped". After discussing the situation, I was told I would be charged a 40% restocking fee for anything I needed to return. I was disappointed with their adversarial approach to customer service and will avoid any interaction with them. I suggest the same for anyone considering ordering from this company. There are plenty of reliable, customer friendly companies who carry all the same products. I am sorry I took a chance on this disreputable company.

I called their so-called Customer Service line about an order I received. I explained the situation with the order and the general manager, David, blamed me for not knowing industry standards. I am not a textile expert, just an everyday consumer placing an online order for some fabric. There was NO offer of a remedy to fix the bind they put me in, nor any genuine concern for the issue. However, there was mention of a restocking fee and a very adversarial and indifferent demeanor from the guy who evidently runs the place. I have a lot of options when ordering fabric and I will NEVER place another order with this company again... and I have a LOT, I mean A LOT, more fabric that I need to order!

I had the exact same situation when I ordered material. First, what they sent is completely different from what is on their website. You tell medoes what is posted online look like "salmon". There is no red... and there certainly isn't even a dark pattern in the fabric, which are what I wanted for my Moroccan-themed guest bathroom!

David, the customer-service rep, says it does look like salmon to him, and that I should have ordered a sample. (I think he needs better glasses/contacts.) I suggested to David that they hire better photo takers for their website, and asked if the supplier in China changed their dyes and, now, Surprise! This is ridiculous, and they are NOT a company that believes in truth in advertising. I'm expecting what I see in the picture and it's NOTHING like what I got!

And I don't know what they're paying their people, but $183.00 (30% restocking fee) is absolutely ridiculous! Every single person I have shown the photos to agrees with me. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
