Ordered almost $4000 worth of furniture for our new home on 8 June, with estimated delivery date of early August. We patiently waited and waited, only to find they kept pushing the date back. They have now went into liquidation, and no delivery will be fulfilled, we're left with nothing and out pocketed. Really devastated this happened, and hope we could get our refund...
Like many other reviewers my experience is no fulfillment of my order, emails ignored, and my money has disappeared. Simple and straight forward theft. Our next step is reporting them. They need to be shut down and people need to get their money back.

Run far far away from Inspiry! I'm confused as to how this business is still operating? It's surely a scam! I purchased a large wall art from there only to hear back a month later that that it was discontinued. I asked for a refund and then I got ghosted. I tried calling, emailing and doing everything I can for the past two months to get my money back but they completely ignored my emails and would never pick up or answer when I called. The two times they did pick up they promised to process the refund but again they never did. I have no way of getting my money back and never received what I purchased.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Run far far away from this store. They don’t have a customer service team, there is no way to contact them when you have an issue as they don’t pick up the phone or reply to emails. They take your money and ghost. Do not engage.
This company did not disclose that products were not in stock pre-checkout.
Post-purchase delivery updates were NOT sent. I had to chase them to get these and when I did, was given false information.
When the last delivery estimate passed I contacted and had no response.
I was advised the 'company' went into liquidation this week.

Got one reply after I asked where it is saying it's basically a guess month turn around for delivery. When stated 2x emails asking for a refund as I need this item before a set time for an important day I get no replies back at all! I could get something local. Just frustrated at the communication and no resolve and still almost a month on no item arrived no tracking and no email back! Order #: *******
I would not recommend buying from this company. When I made my purchase there was no mention of some of the items not being in NZ or what the delivery time may be. I ordered 5 items. Within days I received an email that 1 item wasn't in stock and a refund was issued which I received quickly. Seven weeks on I'm still waiting on an update on the 4 cushions I've paid for and still waiting on. I have sent 2 emails requesting an update to which I have not received a reply. I wish I had googled this company prior to purchasing. But as they are based in NZ I thought they would be reputable.

STAY AWAY don't purchase from this site. Look at other reviews on this company. I wish I had before purchasing. You are unable to leave a review on their website and facebook page :(

Overall, I am quite happy with the service provided by Inspiry. Although my product I have bought came late and wrong, but they posted me the right one quick. Good and quick respond, appreciate that!
