Form the past month, I am trying to retrieve my password on Instagram. But again and again, I am failing.
Instagram don't have a proper customer care support team or email. I mailed on "*******@instagram" the automatic reply is there that they don't support Instagram services now.

It's fine as is

It's alright as is, actually I love the 3 time format. Its pleasing to the eye.
Minuses - it has trouble connecting to Facebook Business account, I've redone the connection multiple times and it still posts to my personal account.

This app is just... woahh. Its a really good time-waster and you can easily check whats going on with your friends anytime. You can even follow different topic of your interest and posts about it willpop up in your home page! The only blemish is that whenever I add more than 3 accounts, the app either slows down or crashes my phone. Other than that I love this app and am really obsessed with it! Definitely worth a try, I have no idea how I've survived without this app before I registered an account.

This app has tried to repeatedly silence my views whenever I speak up against isreals blatant terrorism in the gaza strip and Palestine. I take it that the American conglomerate corporations are politically biased are in favour of a government that takes billions in military aid and hands it to self aware states such as isreal in occupied Palestine for them to test and try these weapons on innocent civilians and then to tell the arms dealers of the world look at the videos of how these bombs missiles and artillery work.

I came with her on very last minute for my wedding, luckily that she was still available and helped my wedding with her team for my girls and family members.

I official boycott Instagram! They deactivated my small account for no reason and won't assist me with getting it back. They want proof that I am the owner. I sent them my picture with a number and emailed with the email address that belongs to the account, but they won't help me. They expect me to provide Local business license (issued by your city, county, state, etc.), Tax filing, Certificate of Formation, or Articles of Incorporation, to verify my identity. I am not a business and I won't provide them with such sensitive information. They have the worst customer service, including ignoring my emails when I first started. This is the first website that I am blocking and I hope they go out of business. You lose Instagram! I have moved on to something better and I do not recommend this site to anyone!

They take reports to light especially serious ones involving kids or inappropriate behavior on social media it's l8ke instagram is literally owned by bots that's why I respect Facebook more because Facebook cringes at frowns upon inappropriate behavior on social media and instantly shuts it down I believe anything involving kids that's reports should be investigating because they can easily see an email through their end that illegall or out of out of oder without having to send it to them. There just terrible at customer service that's all and actually taking reports serious

I decided to permanently delete my account. Based on more negative content vs positive. Also seems if opinions do not coincide with guidelines. They can disable the account. An basically state its they site & guidelines they disagree with the account holder. Aside it just seems they control the platform like mainstream media. Injust do not like it no benefit to me period.

I I'm a very kin user of instagram but I f found my self using it less and less. The reason is right now it is packed with advertisements. As you strolling down the posts Every 3 posts an advert comes up. I find it tiring and annoying.

This is the same reason I quick Facebook.

It is sad because Instagram it is a superb app... but unfortunately Facebook is killing it!

If i could give 0 stars I would had my account locked after not giving my phone number to these social media Nazis they don't give a damn about anyone's safety they're just on the government payroll the government doesn't need the cia and nsa anymore when they have instagram and Facebook doing all they're dirty work privacy is dead they dont give a damn about protecting citizens

Someone created an account using my e-mail address. Supposedly the account has been deleted and yet when I try to create a new account through facebook it tells me the e-mail address already has an account. When I try to create an account directly through instagram it says, "something went wrong". Right now I just want to make sure my e-mail address is fully released from the fake account so I can create an account to confirm it is released and then delete that account and never have anything to do with Instagram again.

A person hacked my account lady_alpha01 on July 28 due to the hack I seen the IP address was in Nigeria they started hounding my friends and family asking for money when told they knew I was hacked they started threatening to kill them. They then started messaging and threatening me Via my cell phone which was listed for the failed 2 factor authorization. They always said they would stop for $$ I reported it to IG over 2-3 hundred times with no help. I just want the account shut down cause they are exploiting my minor kids pictures and harassing my friends list I don't even want the account recovered I just want it gone but still I haven't received any help. I wish they had better customer service and cared about their users safety.

My personal account was "compromised" over a week ago. The person changed all of my login information and unlinked it from my Facebook account (I still get notifications of what I posted on Instagram "on this day" in the past.) I can not get a response from any person in the company let alone support. I have been reporting every day, multiple times a day, through the steps in the app, online through the website, on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. I even have friends reporting the issue for me on my behalf. If anyone at Instagram is reading this, please, I understand you are busy, but I would greatly appreciate some help. (*******@aol.com)

You can follow people on Instagram and people will follow back you on Instagram resulting in building an interactive following community. Instagram has very useful security and privacy policy and it is one of the most important advantages of Instagram. I can understand people, who love Instagram. Instagram shows level of love to yourself. Many of my friends have accounts and plenty of photos, selfies in the cafe shop, in the night club and even in the toilette :) Its doesn't work with me. It just not my service. I tried to use it for my business. It is useless. You can not open links in Instagram. Social for fun maybe, but 90% of this its about: Look! How nice i am. Look, how sexy i am. and so on.

Instagram has deleted 3 of my accounts for no reason. I have lost over 1000 follwers/ fans. I have also lost very good friends i only had contact with threw instagram. With no reason its just gone. I am not pleased. I think we should boycott instagram. Me myself for this reason will never use it again thanks instagram for nothing.

Too Odd and Dysfunctional

I tried to create an Instagram account with an email Address, and their website states that there is already an account with the email I gave, and that it is suspended, but that I have 33 days to challenge the suspension. I have never created an account on Instagram with this email Address. So what are they talking about? Tonight was my first attempt. Second, they sent a code to this email for verification. I give them the code, but then their website wanted to text me another code. Questions: 1. Why did they email me a code if it wasn't going to be sufficient? 2. Why do they assume that I can receive texts. I can't! I would really like to know why they emailed me a code if it wasn't going to be adequate? Why did they waste my time? Then I attempt to delete my account on their pathetic website, and I click on the relevant link to permanently delete it, but they only show the option for temporary deletion, and surveys about the page. This website is too strange.
