Ordered a pair of shoes and then tried to cancel order. Creditcard was charged and even thoough i have written them 4 times i have heard nothing from them and haven't even gotten af confirmation that anything has been send to me.

I tried to order a skaroots bag, not cheap around £58
My credit card was charged
I was given a tracking order which did not work for the delivery company a terrible plastic bag called Michael Kors arrived from China,
No documentation in the bag or return address
The site only offers e mail contact but there is no response to my queries
The site is only licensed for one year, which is suspicious
