I have been a SS for 4 years and 2 with Intelli. Joe Sidders is very unprofessional and condescending. I don't know how they allow him to continue being a scheduler. He completely screwed me with an Insurance claim shop and alcohol delivery shop. The absolute worst!
I did a job for them and they refused to pay. I followed instructions and submitted photos and receipts but they stood firm about no payment. This job was for a pizza chain that I will not mention. I would advise finding other firms to mystery shop.
I did nine mystery shops for them. Out of 9, they paid me for 5 shops. They are very nitpicky and will find any reason in the world, not to pay you after you spent you own time and money to do these jobs.
If by "nitpicky" you mean we have high standards for quality work, then we are guilty. But, we absolutely value our shoppers, we couldn't do what we do without them. We try to take exceptional care of every one of them, but if the work isn't up to our client's requirements and our standards, then we can't use it and thus can't pay for it. I believe a great testament to my team's dedication to shoppers is that we've been awarded the MSPA Shopper's Choice as Company of the Year, voted by mystery shoppers, for four years in a row! We're hoping for our five-peat this year.
Nevertheless I never gave this mystery shop or any mystery shops my permission to search nor enter my personal social security numbers it was stole and a box that was not checked giving permission to search your social security number the application was edit an the box was checked to go be false consent to search a social security number is fraud punishable by law filing a police report
Tip for consumers:
Intelli team top gun is committing fraud
I hadn't done shops with them in a while until recently. No one from the company even looked at my profile to ensure my email was registered for payment before the shop up to the time of payment which was delayed by about 2 weeks because of it. They didnt try to advance the payment or anything when I needed the money. I may never do shops with them again because of this. The lack of care and attention wasnt there.
We have paid our shoppers on-time, per our posted payment guidelines, for our entire 21-year history; we have never had a batch paid "late". If a shopper contacts us directly to discuss the status of their payment we strive to handle that quickly and professionally to mutual resolution. We certainly make mistakes occasionally, so we will sometimes have a slight delay due to that. Often, a shopper doesn't complete the client's requirements and so we have to try to determine if what they did do will be accepted, but if it won't, we cannot use that work and so don't pay the shoppers in those situations, and then they blame us for not being paid.
Have been doing Mystery Shops for the past few months. This company is supposed to be one of the best, but they aren't. Have done 2 shops for them and haven't been paid a dime. The first one was nearly 3 months ago. The other one was recently declined (even though all the guidelines were followed). Will be reporting them to the BBB soon.

This is the 2nd time this company has tried to say I did the shop wrong and they won't be paying me. The schedulers are RUDE and act like they could care less, especially Matt Liasse. I won't be shopping for this company ever again.
I have had a wonder du m experience with IntelliShop. I have been paid for all shops on time and as promised. However, being paid on time and for the agreed upon amount should be the standard. What earns this company a 5 star rating from me is the way the schedulers are willing to work with me. I have had a couple of instances where I've had to reschedule a shop; as a single mothers of two children, this happens more often than I'd like. Some companies are incredibly picky and get angry if you need to reschedule (I know I am supposed to be available on the day I confirmed, but a lot of the time life doesn't work like that). They'll leave nasty comments on the citation they give for all the other schedulers to see, even if you only needed one extra day. However, the schedulers at IntelliShop have been very understanding. I don't dread emailing them about an extra day because I know they won't be rude about it.
As far as some comments on here about not being paid even though all guidelines were supposedly followed, I find that hard to believe. Schedulers want to keep people who follow all the guidelines and turn in timely, grammatically correct surveys. If they don't pay you, there was probably an issue with the report.
I understand the comments on this site may be the exception and in that case it's too bad and I'm sorry there have been negative experiences. However, don't let the rating on here deter you. Do your best work (with any company you shop for) and follow all the guidelines. If you do that, you'll build a relationship with the schedulers and have steady work for awhile.
Thanks Rebecca! Our team works very hard to provide a great experience for our shoppers and I'm glad your experience reflects that. Thanks for your good work for our clients.
