You get sucked by seeing them pop up as an alternative means of payment only to realize when you've lost your money that they just want to middle men for a transaction you can easily sort out yourself. So where the shop you're buying from offers free shipping they will charge you for it and take it as theirs, this is on top of other fees they charge normally for their services. And they have a very poor customer service as they do not respond to enquiries, they deserve to be investigated or sued

I ordered Camper shoes through international checkout, just because I wanted to make it cheaper. I put an order through and only after that decided to check the website review, I was really frustrated when read that this is all fraud, and just imagine I just sent them 250$. I decided to wait and see, maybe i am lucky. And I am. I got my shoes after 12 days from order date, packaged and in perfect condition, overall I got exactly what I ordered and I saved almost $100. I buy many items from Z Gallerie and use International Checkout to deliver to Canada. They have been excellent. Recently a piece of mirrored furniture arrived shattered. Customer Service (Matthew) has been outstanding every step of the way. They arranged for me to receive a new cabinet. They interact with the shipper (DHL) in order to expedite the shipment. They keep me informed every step of the way. They have been exceptional in assisting me. I will continue to use this service as it is definitely the best international checkout service going.

Very good customer service! They never ditch customer's requests. And response very quickly. I had item that shipped wrong, and they were very helpful during the exchange process. Ordered e-cig refills from Blu. Before they arrived I realized I needed a proper-looking invoice which was not provided. Wrote them and they provided one as an e-mail attachment right away. About 2 days later the items arrived from Calif to Nassau Bahamas via my forwarder in Miami - in great shape, and no problems with Customs. I must say when I ordered I was quite worried, but now I will do business with them again without concern.

Absolute Excellent Company. They kept me completely informed throughout, despatched the items very quickly after all the postage costs were confirmed (it was a very heavy package), I received the items exactly when I was informed I would (it was actually attempted a day earlier but I missed delivery). Their customer services reps are excellent - very friendly, will do anything to help. I really cannot say how amazing this company is. Just AMAZING.

I bought a pair of Dr. Marten's a while back and had to have it delivered to a family's address in the States before they flight back here. At first I was effy since I had to go through a third party just to be able to get my boots. Good thing I went through with it! Even though they were a day delayed for confirmation of order, they took the time to email me about the problem and the whole process behind the order.
In the end, they delivered the boots efficiently; it even arrived before my Aunt got to the address. I was glad they answered ALL of my paranoid emails patiently. I even asked if I could change sizes and they took time to copy the information I needed instead of answering "please look at our FAQ's". Saved me a lot of time and trouble. The people who handled my concerns btw were Sean M. And Matthew.

Placed an order from Italy on Journeys store for Converse shoes not available in our country.
Shipping has been amazingly fast and we did not have to wait for italian customs as taxes have been paid in advance.
Support has been extremely reliable and kind.

They shipped out my delivery internationally, arrived within the week which was impressive. They did how ever forget two small items for my order from LnT. I filled out the customer service portion of their site and by half way through the day, I guy by the name of Sean M. Called me and I quickly explained what happened. He said he'd look in to it and by the end of the day he himself called back and apologized for the error and told me it was being dealt with. By the next day I had the two missing items in hand. The order arrived before the expected time considering that the item were from the United States and has to be delivered to the United Arab Emirates. They have notified that the items will be coming approx. 8 to 20 days from the day of the order.
The team updated my account accordingly and I am able to track my item.

I live in Australia, and in the past I find, for some reason, that the time it takes to receive goods from the USA is, to say the least, extremely disappointing.
However, and I don't know how they do it, International checkout seems to have solved this problem. I couldn't believe how easy it was to communicate with them, just how fast my purchase arrived and how safely and expertly it was packaged. I commend international checkout unreservedly. Cheers...
