You get sucked by seeing them pop up as an alternative means of payment only to realize when you've lost your money that they just want to middle men for a transaction you can easily sort out yourself. So where the shop you're buying from offers free shipping they will charge you for it and take it as theirs, this is on top of other fees they charge normally for their services. And they have a very poor customer service as they do not respond to enquiries, they deserve to be investigated or sued
I had my item ordered for overseas delivery and sadly it was broken during the postage, the company however, offered a full refund or send it again for me, the item broken for the second time, but the company responded supportively and offered me the same options, for the third time my item arrived intact and i am pleased and impressed by the helpful responses, will sure recommend it to my friends who wish to purchase online.

I purchased what turned out to be an oversized item unaware. They have small print in T &Cs - it's not clearly shown at checkout - that the shipping amount may change but the checkout calculated the shipping, and i paid with this with my credit card. The shipping amount ended up being 5x that and in negotiating a lower amount - it turned out that ordering through international checkout doesn't place a hold on an order so 8 days later - it turned out the items i ordered were gone after all that!
It took 8 days because of their slow customer service. I called, tried chat (got through 2x out of 9 tries) and called and left a message 1x with no response. Emails were frequently misunderstood or not answered and chat was more helpful in moving the discussion forward. I would not use this company again if a checkout diverted to it.

Immediately charged my credit card and went through so that my card was charged, they are claiming couldn't verify my billing address and couldn't charge my card, have to fight to get a refund, avoid this company.

Huge rip off of a company. Charge over $100USD for a $149 item. Claim its oversize. I claim its nothing more than a money grab. If the Zgallerie used a normal shipping company cost would be less than 1/3.

When I received my order, the color was completely wrong and had to send it back. When I received the refund, I was shorted over $200.00! I am the consumer who didn't do anything wrong yet I am losing money?! Called international checkout, first they hung up twice, then they wouldn't tell me who owns the company? Whats the secret? And then wouldn't give me the person's email address? Never use this company! Use Purolator or mail!

They charge way too much for shipping to Canada on small items. $60 for a light jacket when their competitors charge a third of that. Even if you add the duty and exchange rate they are $25 more.

These are scammers! They do not respond after payment. Mails are not answered. Very poor quality goods that are sold as so-called luxury products. I have been badly injured for $ 700.

I have just had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. On 29th December 2014 I ordered a pair of shoes to wear on my wedding day, paying exorbitant shipping to have them delivered to Australia. I paid and received confirmation of my order, which I was to expect to receive within 8-20 days. I had still not received a tracking number weeks later so contacted International Checkout for a status update. On 16th January the status of the order was updated to 'shipped.' I patiently began my wait again and then suddenly on 23rd Jan I received a refund notice and a brief note to say that unfotunately my item wasn't in stock. Absolutely devastating and I have been left without time to organise an alternative for my wedding. Proceed with caution!

International shipping were brilliant from the moment I placed my order (with Wolverine boots). Although I had a few questions regarding my order and its shipping, customer service and response was always very quick and always answered my questions and any worries I had about placing my order in the States and receiving it in the UK.
I wouldn't hesitate in using them again or recommending them to anyone else who needs to ship items back here to the UK.

I live in Australia and have ordered goods thru International Checkout with no problems what so ever my parcel arrived in speedy time and the shipping cost was really reasonable I have ordered goods thru Bongo International who charged me double and triple the price of International and had to make a an investigation thru Paypal who got my money back I highly recommend International Checkout and will gladly use them again.

Order placed with Milly.com on 15th May and paid via international checkout. I paid for two items which were both in stock on the Milly website and for express shipping. I received an email yesterday (1st June) to say that one item not in stock and remaining item to be delivered today. As the two items in stock were an outfit I no longer wanted part of the order so attempted to make contact with International Checkout. They chat service was not available, the UK customer service line was closed (during office hours) and I have received no response to email sent either. In desperation I have contacted Milly direct who don't seem too bothered and just referred me back to International Checkout. I have not paid customs charges and have instructed DHL to return the parcel. I will not be happy if any charge is levied to my account and am unsure why reputable companies would want to use International Checkout as a trading partner? I will never again order anything from anyone who use this company. Total shambles and no communication. Order value was a lot of money too for a designer outfit. Shame on you Milly for using International Checkout.

I waited discount for more than a month to buy a jean from R13. Finally the style I loved so much was on sale so I place the order immediately. They do not ship hk so they transferred me to buy through international checkout.
The order went through and everything was great. Few days later I received the tracking information from international checkout. So I tracked it online. It showed error. I thought I was too early so I waited for 3 days to track again. Still nothing. They used SF express as forwarder so I called the next day. No record I was told. So I live chat to international checkout they reassure me the tracking is correct, it needs more time to update their system. So I waited another 3 more days. Still nothing. I live chat them again and got exactly the same answer.
I was really worry as this was my first order. So I reached out to R13. They replied immediately and promised to find out the problem. The day after I got an email from international checkout with no explanation that somehow they could not find my package they refund it to me.
Yup I got my money back. However I lost my jean and wasted a lot of time.
I will stay away from international checkout. They provided no value or services at all.

They are not very clear with their messaging around delivery time and the RUDEST with regards to customer service. I said that I would´ve never bought it had I known it would take 20 business days to arrive to me. When you call they blame you. I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend this service and i order internationally to the UAE constantly.

I hoped I saw these Reviews Before, I will never ever buy from these fraud sites any more. They send me just one item of Three, the others out of stock, but they dont inform me when i'm buying, and they send an invoice for all the 3 items with the backage, and in my country, I have to pay customs depending on the invoice, I bought for 44USD and payed costums 50 USD because there's mistake and they dont want to help
