I too was ripped off. No email confirmation, they charged me for two extra bottles. Kept telling me to check with the post office and customs, though they could never supply a tracking number. Never received anything. They stole $100 from me. Don't purchase anything from these low lifes!

I ordered 1 bottle of hgh releaser and was charged for two. Both telephone numbers apparently are connected to some guy name steve who was very rude and non helpful. The only way to contact the billing dept is via email and u must wait for response i have now sent 2 emails no response as of yet. Beware beware beware

Bogus and crap no good scammers. Besides i gave them a cool rating by mistake so please egnor my first rating i meant to give them a bad rating. Dont spend your money. Supplements don't work total scam.

Wow always read reviews on a new site before using. I ordered a weight loss package through International supplements. The package I ordered was 39.95 + 5.95 S/H. After submitting my payment info it showed i paid for 2 bottles instead of 1. There was no conformation of order and no receipt page. I dialed the 1-800 # and a very disinterested man told me my only recourse was an e-mail. The next day my account was debted 140.80. I sent off an e-mail and in a week have heard nothing. I did receive 3 bottles of pills that have no exp date and look hand labeled. Sooo, my 39.95 order turned into $140.00,3 bottles of suspect pills, no customer service, and a note "have a nice day, look forward to future business! Lesson learned GET REVIEWS OF A SITE BEFORE USING IT! Hopefully my last money saves you yours. STAY AWAY FOR THIS SITE( in my opinion)

Same experience... ordered one, charged for two, told I must have pressed two instead of one but I know SPECIFICALLY I did NOT. IMMEDIATELY filed an unauthorized charge claim with my bank and left msg with their 800#. Rude guy called back, explained the former and assured me my bank would reissue my money after I simply returned unwanted product. Initially I lost the address and have made 8 attempts at requesting a return address so I can return BOTH bottles now as they came in powder form when I was expecting pill... and have decided I don't want either... only way to get in touch with these ppl if you even get a reply is by email and some Michelle Kipplinger conveniently keeps telling me to ship to address on package which is JAPAN and is NOT where it came from. This all began Nov 7 and they tell you you have 60 days for complete refund upon return... so now they use the stall technique as it is now December 12. Today I finally did some research of my own and have discovered the SAME ISSUES SAME COMPLAINTS... impossible to reach them, bogus products, no receipt for payment after purchase, stalling and redirecting to dead ends, double charging for single purchases, rude customer service dude at *******720#... but the Good news is I have found their address in Nevada... 2290 Casa Bella Ct Las Vegas, Nevada *******... my bank told me to send with tracking and certified so we shall see where this takes me. Otherwise I am NOT letting this rest... principle alone will have me following up with small claims and whatever else I need to do to get justice... I make 100's of purchases online and this company is DEFINITELY BOGUS... find a different company for your supplements... hi tech pharmaceuticals, KESupplements, or Amazon are ALL SAFE... this one IS NOT.
