Internet hobbies is a fraudulent business. I ordered (3) models from them on 3/26/21, with a 2-3 day shipping per the information on their website. After a couple of weeks went by with no update on my order, I emailed them for status. They replied that my order was complete and would ship on 4/13/21. I never received the tracking number promised by them when the order left their warehouse, so I emailed them several times with no response. They finally responded on 5/4/21 stating that my order would ship the next day and I would receive a tracking number. Once again, no tracking number or confirmation was received. I emailed them back demanding a full refund, to which they replied "I have forwarded this email to my lawyer". I repeated my demand for a refund via email and the company replied "F%CK OFF". I called my bank and reported the company as a fraud. My bank refunded my money, but I am inclined to warn others about this horrible company.

They state that they want you to read the "about our business/FAQ" section of the web page prior to contacting. After learning way more about the lives of the proprietors than I ever cared to learn, I sent an email asking about product availability. They didn't respond to my questions but I received an advertisement email four days later. I replied to the ad with the same questions and… wait for it… nothing. I can't see giving them any of my money.

I had ordered a kit of the ship kit july or August. I finally got it today mater of fact I forgot about it when i was deleting email when i stumbled on 1 telling me it was on back order so email them with ordered number and asked about status well maybe they too forgot but 1 thing wasnt forgotten a charge to my bank acc. So i fell victim to rotten customer service beware make sure item in stock which i wasnt informed of at the time jc
The merchant seems to have good prices and inventory, but when they never ship what you bought, what's the point? They routinely ignore emails or refuse to answer simple questions. I had to get a refund from my credit card because they wouldn't even do that despite not shipping my order for over a month.
I placed an order thinking I would get 30% off their already discounted price on several items they said were in stock. I ordered online and got an immediate confirmation and a followup note they were hard to get orders out. Two weeks later I emailed them asking if items had shipped. They said they working hard to get so many orders mail due to fantastic sales. Another week passed and they said items are back ordered and to wait. I complained and they finally refunded my credit card. Likely, some people never get back their money back and they pocket it plus make money on the initial charging of credit cards.
Tip for consumers:
Ask first if all items you want to buy are currently in stock and ready to ship immediately. If you do not get a positive answer from a person with a name do not Buy.

Hello,
Never received my order or a full refund. They are horrible to deal with and very dishonest. Ended up finally getting a refund through my Credit Card company.
Don't take my word for it look them up with the BBB before you use them. I also filed a complaint with BBB against Internet Hobbies.
I have Internet Hobbies number as they don't publish one online if you need it *******535.
