I bought a shirt from Inu Inu and it arrived months later, way longer than the expected arrival date that it had on the website. The quality was pretty bad as well. Besides, Inu Inu is known for stealing designs and making shirts overpriced, where you can get it for way cheaper at a different store. No doubt this company was way too great in the past but don't know what just happened and they are now full of $#*!!

They do have an awesome collection but they don't ship orders just take people money.

So I am kind of lucky that I have found another site that has the same sort of apparels and collection, prices are low and the best part is they give you the tracking number of your purchase in 5 days.

I ordered a shirt from there in April, and it took about 1.5 months for the shirt to arrive, but when it arrived it was the wrong shirt. I paid the difference to get the shirt I originally ordered (because it was overpriced to just send it back), and three months later I still haven't received the shipping code (which means it hasn't been shipped). I emailed asking for it for the second time, and I was told that the shirt I ordered was out of stock and if i wanted a refund I'd only be refunded the shipping price. I checked on their store and the shirt I ordered was in stock. Terrible service.

They obviously took pictures from other sites then advertise them on their page, don't be fool by the pictures, you will NOT be receiving those.
First off, it took 2 months to arrive, obviously because they use "economy shipping" all the way from China. Contacted their customer service just to hear that "You will receive a shipping confirmation when they ship." Dude that's not even helpful.
Products arrived in a cheap thin plastic bag that's all messed up.
They stole the designs from well-known korean online shop then made their own cheap craps. The material is extremely thin and see through with bad stitchings that 're all wrinkles and tugging the surface of the clothing. I am a size 0-2 but the T-shirts are still extremely small and tight on me--> Another typical China manufactures' knock off tricks to save money.
If I want cheap Chinese products I could have order straight from China on Taobao myself.
So save your money and STAY AWAY AT ALL COST.

I bought for a 100$ for around 10 articles. I received 2 out of 10 and they never sent anything else and after a year of back and forth they still didn't give me my money or sent anything else for my order. They just stole from me.

I wanted to like this site. Looks like a lot of cute items. Too bad I didnt actually get what I bought. I claimed my free item (paid something like $20-$30 for shipping) on may 29. After three months I contacted customer service. They said sorry for the inconvenience and that theyd refund 10% which never happened. Now, October 11, after over 4 months, still nothing. I just got scammed. Dont waste your time.

Orderd 6 mo ago, folloewd up several times and keep getting same reply, *your order will be shipped soon*. Still nothing. I have asked for a refund and they refuse and just assure me again its on its way.
NO Doubt, especially after reading all other reviews, its a SCAM!
I am reporting them to the FTC as everyone else who's had problems with them should. This site should be shut down and the theifs behind it prosecuted.

Ordered Aug 3rd, still have not received my order as of October 10th. I understand some products from overseas may take longer, but they never mention it during the check out process. I contacted customer service twice now. The first time they offered me a 10% refund, but never followed through. The second time (one month later) they only said that my order was already processed... I know that- my money is already gone. I'm still keeping an eye out for my package, but I'm kicking myself now for not checking other reviews first. Don't shop here, the products aren't unique enough to be waiting this long.

A few years ago now I placed an order for a jacket and a pair of slippers that were supposed to be free. I went ahead and paid the shipping which was around $30. I cancelled my order a few days later. They had already charged me. And for weeks I constantly told them that i wanted my money back. My reply was consistently, "we with forward your request to the shipping department." The emails never went past that explanation. I tried again and again month after month and they eventually stopped replying to me. As a person who has and had no money at the time. I was furious and I still am. I wanted to get some nice gifts for my friends but found out that I needed the money for something important a few days later. Do not buy from this website, THEY DO NOT PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICE and if you have a problem, well youre $#*! out of luck.

Its been over 10 months since I placed my order. There were several items in it and I received all but 1 within a month and a half of the order, but Ive been waiting on the last item since; and it still hasnt been shipped. Ive emailed their support over 10 times and keep getting told theyll mail it out soon and it still never does. Their items are mostly bad Chinese ripoff site quality anyway. If you like waiting a year to get your order then this is the site for you!

What a bunch of crap! DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING from these people. They are complete bull$#*! artists and thieves. The will lie and tell you products are back-ordered, being re-ordered, apologize for out of stock items, and lie repeatedly until you get tired of chasing your money. Biggest F-ing ripoff I have ever seen! I hope they all get exposed or the scam artists they truly are.

Inu Inu is a shameless scam of a website. I ordered a while back but never got my items. Sure, it was just one item and it was around 9~10 dollars, but do you know what you can buy with 10 dollars? A decent lunch. Something I will never get back. I emailed them after a month or two after I ordered because their tracking code didn't work and I didn't know where my items were (or if they even were shipped), and they so generously offered me 20% money back for an item I never got. That was when I realized that I would probably never get my money or item. Please save yourself the time and energy (not to mention, your money) and DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE.

Have been asking for a refund for 3 months. They keep saying my order will be sent out within the week even though I don't want it anymore. Customer service is also terrible.

My son paid for delivery of a free item in August but nothing received 5 months later. Trying to get a refund but they state the order is with their shipping department so can't be cancelled until the shipping dept confirm that it hasn't been shipped. We will now be asking the bank to refund us the money, a total and utter scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

They dont ship your items and ignore emails. Ordered my item in early feb, its now mid june and i have emailed countless times with no response. So unprofessional save your money dont buy from them.

Ordered two phones cases -- they came a month later and looked HORRIBLY DISTORTED. Absolutely NOTHING like the images online. Crappy quality that they charged me $30 for. I demanded a refund and they said I could pay out of my own pocket to return the items in mint condition (WHICH I DID). They asked for tracking info and for me to notify them when my return was delivered -- I did so. It has been a week and a half now and I have still not received ANY of my money back. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PIECE OF $#*! COMPANY!

Wish I could give it a zero. Never got my item. Emailed multiple times and just got buffered by them. Looked up their location and it's up for rent. Do not shop here. They're scammers and steal art

I tried to get my girlfriend some cute dog shirts for Christmas, their website looked legit so I ordered a few. They say 30 day return fee but they tell you after ordering there's a 2 month processing period. I agreed because I'd rather have them late than never. Months later I contacted Inu Inu again to ask what's happening and they said it's in the shipping department, I asked to cancel the order. They said they will tell the shipping department to cancel it and get back to me when it was cancelled. 8 months later I hadn't heard back and it had been bothering me but I never thought it was a big enough deal. I couldn't let go of the fact that I was scammed. I finally responded and re-requested to have my money back again and I disputed the transaction with my bank. That's where I am today.

Whenever I request a refund, they tell me to take it up with the shipping department. This is a complete scam. I have been waiting for my items for over 6 months.

Never will I order from you jerks again. I ordered over 200 dollars worth of your crap for my kid for a holiday gift. NOT one thing was here for Christmas. NOT ONE OF THE 6 THINGS. In fact I got a shipment notification on the 21st! WTF?

I regret buying from them. I wish I had looked at the reviews earlier. I paid a whopping $172CAD and made my order June 20th. I've only just received 4 out of the 7 items and it is already August 11th. As I am staying with my parents over the summer before heading back to school at the beginning of Sept, I wouldn't have ordered if I knew it would take this long. The items I received are SUCH crappy quality its just not worth the wait. Really wish I hadn't purchased from them.

For the record, INU INU is garbage.

I ordered an iphone case and a free hotdog tee from inu inu in the beginning of AUGUST. I live in Philadelphia, which is where the headquarters are located, and TODAY I am just receiving the tee, which was free, meanwhile the iphone case i paid for still is nowhere to be found. To top it off, the tee is not as pictured; the text is white on white and barely legible. As someone who works in an industry dealing with merchandise sales i am extremely disappointed.

In addition to this, my coworker who is a graphic designer did THREE designs for them and never was paid. Complete trash. Do NOT order from this site.

It has been at least 7 months since I ordered $#*!ing glasses. I have emailed and have had conversations back and forth and I've been patient and now that I said I want a refund they will not respond to my emails. DONT SHOP WITH THEM
