INUINU

Got a sweater from there that runs really small (like really small despite looking at measurements/reviews and ordering an XXL for someone who's usually a medium...) and it has a really weird synthetic material on the outside that is kinda gross to touch. Doesn't ship with a receipt or anything and you have to email them about returns (which doesn't say are guaranteed, their only return policy is to email them and ask) so we'll see what will happen with that if they ever reply. Takes over a month to ship because a lot of their stuff comes from China, which is expected but also annoying that they don't tell you that at check out. Waste of money

Absolute $#*!. I purchased one of their 'free items' that I had to pay 20 bucks for shipping on... and never received it. Talked to customer service, was offered a 10% refund which I never received. I told them to cancel my order, and they said they'd have to talk to the shipping department about it. I asked how long that would take, and all they said was that "they'd let me know once their shipping department got back to them with my request". It's been going on three months now. This seller is an absolute scam, and I'm pretty sure they're based in China even though their mailing address is in the US, so there is no recourse.

I have ordered on their website last March, we are now in the middle of October and I have received nothing at all. I bought for about a hundred dollars and I'm kind of really $#*!ed up cause I emailed them as soon as I found it was late but they stopped really early in the conversation. I keep emailing them each months but it seems I'm not getting any attention from them. Also, I had already purchased on their website before but some items went missing. I don't know why I was stupid enough to think it was just a silly mistake.
Don't trust them.

Took 3 months for 3 items to arrive, all arrived separately, I was not informed on wether they had been shipped or not, and when I reached out to customer service they were blunt and unhelpful, even argumentative. The products were not cheap, but terrible quality. Do NOT waste your money here.

I've heard recently that they've been going through issues or something for undercutting their item providers, so it's to be expected that they're also janking around customers. Ordered a Christmas gift in early December, it's now March. They never so much as processed the order and although they've offered a 10% refund, they refuse to actually do so. You can get the same products from other providers for a lot less money and hassle, so don't waste your time with InuInu.

Basically stole my money, purchased a phone case months ago that never came. Can't even use it regardless, in that time of waiting I already upgraded my phone. Rarely any sites dissapoint me, but this was one of then. Don't purchase from here.

I honestly forgot about this until i looked through my sent emails just now. Over a year ago, they sent me an email about free items. All i had to pay was shipping. So i made two orders with each having around 6 or 7 free items and paid ~$13 for each order. They emailed me saying that there was a technical issue, meaning i would only get sent one item from each order, and i didnt even get to pick what i wanted. So i asked them to just cancel the second order because it was a waste of money and they kept telling me they would talk to the shipping department and to check back up with them. I was told i would get refunded within a week but it's been a year and i never got it back

They charged my card and never provided me the product. Over a month later they informed me items were out of stock, yet 2 are still on their website. And now I'm having a very difficult time getting my money back. Never once did they email me to let me know the products weren't available. And they have not taken the initiative to pay me back what I paid them. So they have basically stolen my money. Very bad business. I hope no one purchase from them and goes through this same experience. I have a very disappointed daughter who was anxiously awaiting these products.

And my item has not been shipped nor my question responded to. This is not my first time ordering from a Chinese knock off site, but its tbh ridiculous for their service to be so crappy with their prices at a regular department store average. You're not getting these items at a discount, and the price of the free items are just included in the shipping cost. Just go to a place that you know will actually deliver you your items..

I ordered from them ages ago and didn't get my things till 6 months late, but now i haven't received anything and its 11 months in. I've emailed them asking when its arriving etcc and all they have said is that they have to contact there shipping company, that was in august. I've replied saying have they responded? Once again and no answer I've done customer service and no answer. At this point I'm really not angry anymore just really disappointed...

It's been over 2 months since I ordered 2 shirts from Inu Inu and I still have not received either. I asked for a refund and was told that would be fine, but never ended up getting one. Have been told multiple times that my order has been processed and I will soon receive tracking info - still have not and needless to say, after this long, no products have arrived in the mail yet. Extremely disappointed!

I bought two of there "free" t-shirts for just the price of shipping. They were a gift so I didn't mind the high shipping price. Now 3 months later I still not have received the product. I conducted them two times and they refunded me partly the first time but when I asked "wheres my stuff" a month later they said "oh your order is being fulfilled now"yet my order on their website still says unfulfilled. So pissed

I got swather it's was around $50 including shipping fee.
I surprised the quality is super low.!
It's kind a $5 deal. Or you can find same swather in jacks or some 99 shop...
Just print a 99 swather and thats print is very rough too...

Ordered a sweater for my girlfriend mid-November to get it for Christmas. Around the middle of January I sent an email asking about it, and they assured me that it's coming and that it takes 1-2 months for it to get made/prepared for shipment. They gave me a 10% refund as an apology. I was hoping that I would get it for her birthday (on Feb 1st), and if not then it's a bonus Valentines gift. Heard nothing since, and I'm about to email again.

It wouldn't be too bad if they would keep me updated instead of leaving me in the dark.

It's a shame, because my girlfriend really wants some of the things on there but I will NEVER do business with them again.

I ordered over a month ago and have a long email chain with them about my order and when it'll ship out. I finally asked them to just cancel and refund, and they told me they'll see if it's dispatched yet. They haven't told me. I move in two weeks so this package would be worthless if it arrives in 2 months like some of the reviews have said. I thought it was weird that they didn't have a review section online, and i should've googled first since everyone has the same problem as me. I figured that since i see their ads and promotions on facebook and instagram they must be legit, but they aren't. I'm upset I'm out $20 as a broke af college student, especially since what I ordered was for a birthday that already passed.

After many emails back and forth they answered when they would be shipping the items. Took over 2 months to say they were shipping them. Never shipped them, the company was no help and tried to take our money without sending the item. This company should be shut down.

Never sent my items...
Was told that I would only receive 3 of the items on my 5 item receipt
Asked for a refund... was told to email them next week about the refund
Who does that?

Emailed, and they tried to tell me my refund was for 1/2 the price I originally paid!

Guys! If you're looking for the exact same designs for a cheaper price go to https://www.storedogdog.net! Store Dog dog's shipping is far quicker and the customer service is much kinder too. Sadly, I was one of those naive customers purchasing from INUINU without reviewing it properly. One of the items included a holographic skirt that I could have purchased for double cheaper at Aliexpress. Lesson learned! I ordered a "free item" (phone case) and bought a "day" t-shirt and skirt set along with it. I never got the shirt and skirt, only getting the phone case that seemed like it had been opened and dropped a few times on the way to my house. Also I ordered it in August, and after emailing them every month for a tracking number, it arrived in December.

I ordered items in November and in February nothing came. I emailed for a refund and status and they just kept giving me the run around. If you want your money back report the store to the Better Business Bureu, I got my refund 2-3 days later.

I made an order at the end of November 2017, 4 months and nothing has arrived, I have been emailing over and over asking to cancel the order and get a refund but it has never come. This website is a complete ripoff, I have complained to Shopify and a few other sites that host the website. I hope they are exposed and taken offline. They are a piece of crap site, never order anything from them.

The items take forever to ship (2-3 months some times), with no warning upon placing your order. Some of the items runnextrejely small, despite the sizing listed online. Lastly, several items arrived from China with an unbearable chemical odor. I tried washing said items, and they still smelled. I ended up throwing them out. Waste of money.

I ordered the color candy jacket and I love it! I understand that it took some time because well, I ordered it during the holiday rush but worth the wait.

I have emailed their customer care and I love how I was assisted.

It took some time for my order to arrive though but again, it was worth it.
