Its been four months since I ordered one of their free items. They charged me for shipping but never sent it. They won't confirm my cancellation, for the past month they've been saying they need to talk to the shipping department and never get back to me. They won't refund me.

Further I LOOKED UP THE ADDRESSES THEY LIST IN EMAILS AND THEY ARE VACANT APARTMENTS. 100% A SCAM.

I placed an order months ago and have never received anything! They offered a refund and did not receive that either. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous; save your money!

Waited 8 months for the WRONG ITEMS, some items never even arrived and I never got a refund. They messed up and offered me a $5 refund for a $30 dress Absolute scam, if you order from Inu Inu you might as well just throw money out your window.

I am beyond furious and disgusted with this store. The customer service is garbage and the fact that they charged me BEFORE it was even shipped is worse. I ordered back in August. On the site, it says it takes 1-7 business days BEFORE shipment. That's reasonable. Except IT HAS BEEN 16 DAYS and I still have not received any notification of it being shipped - which is what they said will happen once it is shipped. Then it says it takes from 5-20 days after shipment. Absolutely garbage. My emails have been ignored when I kept emailing them "Where is my item?" And I wish I read these reviews before I even went on this store because I wouldn't be spending my money and time on this garbage store. I'm 100% convinced that the "good" reviews for this store is written by family and friends of the owner(s) because what they claim is absolutely bull.

I hope they go out of business because people get smarter and read these reviews. Do not support them. They are cheaters and will take your money! Scammers and thieves!

I also ordered free t-shirt for price of shipping & no shirt. I got my charge bill with the shipping charged on it & no shirt. Do not order or do business with them

Inu Inu is a total scam and I almost fell for it! I came across their site and saw that they had free items and all you had to do is pay for shipping so I decided to purchase it and get a tee as well. Once I placed my order I was browsing online and found a site called Store Dog Dog which had the same exact items as Inu Inu but cheaper and with free shipping! So I promptly cancelled my order with Inu Inu and placed an order with Store Dog Dog. Long story short, Inu Inu didnt want to give me a refund and kept taking forever to reply back to my emails. Luckily I used Amazon Pay when I purchased from Inu Inu so I was able to receive a refund via Amazon. Dont order from Inu Inu they will steal your money! Order from Store Dog Dog instead!

I ordered the phone case that they claimed was free and that you only had to pay shipping for and shipping was $15 and then it came a month later and looked absolutely awful and nothing like how they looked online. Super crappy quality that they charged me good money for. I demanded a refund and they said I could pay out of my own pocket to return the items if it was still on it originall packaging and unused, which is exactly what I did. They asked for tracking info and for me to notify them when my return was delivered which I also did. They said I would receive my money back in my account within three business days and it's been over a week now and I have still not received anyof my money back. I do not recommend buying from them or supporting their social media pages or anything no matter how cute the stuff looks. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRENDOUS COMPANY!

I placed an order from them on behalf of a relative. When I still hadn't received shipping confirmation after 2 weeks, I emailed them. I was informed that shipment would take 1-30 days; which is absolutely ridiculous. But, I waited out the 30 days still with no word from them. I emailed again only to be told that they would refund me 10% of my order and that I would receive shipping details soon. During this time, I also found out that they charged my credit card on the day I placed my order. It should NOT have been charged until the items were ready for shipment. I think it was my 3rd or 4th email, they said that "the order was already processed." And, that that I would receive shipping info soon. This went back and forth several more times. I finally told them that if they do not send me either shipping confirmation or proof of full refund by the end of the day this past Saturday, I would take recourse. No surprise. I didn't hear from them. Sunday morning, I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. The credit card company issued a full refund and will deal with these scammers. I will also file complaints with the BBB, Attorney General's Office and any other Consumer Protection Agency. If it's possible, I would give them negative stars. STAY AWAY! They are very dishonest and unethical.

Okay so if you have pre orderd the Totoro jacket back in June 2016. Then you'll probably never get it. Because I order one last year and I never received it and IT IS NOW oct 27 2017. WHAT GIVES MAN WTF GIVES. I wonder why no one didn't complain about this yet. Long story short DONT BUY FROM INU INU. Seriously I'm not hating but come on man I want my money back.

I just wanted to share, since I also had a terrible experience with this company, that I filed an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I got a refund.

Got my phone case and tee quickly. Cutest store ever! Definitely gonna return to buy again. Currently have my eyes on the rainbow jacket.

Bought a shirt. Never got it. Five or six months later I got an email saying the order was cancelled. Yet no refund. This company is a scam

As some of the other reviewers mentioned, this store is the absolute worst. I have never encountered such terrible customer service in my life.

Around 2 weeks after I ordered from the site, still no news on whether the item has been shipped. I had emailed them only for them to tell me that it takes around 1 month for them to ship out items, which is ridiculously long considering that I only ordered a goddamn t-shirt. But I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and continued waiting.

Here I am now, 44 days later, with no t-shirt in sight. I contacted them again and they said that they have to check with their shipping department and that I should get back to them by Friday for a further update. Yes, you read that right, I'M THE ONE WHO NEEDS TO GET BACK TO THEM. I do not know which customer service course they attended, in some alternate universe whereby the customer needs to chase for replies.

Long rant aside, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE. They are a waste of time and money and I will be taking this issue up with my bank to dispute the charge.

My story is the same as everyone elses! Ordered, paid, nothing! Email exchanges nothing! Luckily not much $ involved.

Never received merchandise. Sent emails saying I would receive the item, but never did. SCAM. Don't waste your money.

The worst shopping/customer service experience

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I made my order and everything went fine then after a few weeks i realised i still hadn't received my shipping confirmation, i e-mail them and they say sorry they are busy it will ship soon, in two more weeks still nothing so i complain and they say sorry and refund me 5%.

4 months later they still hadn't sent the order and kept coming up with excuses, i kept emailing every other week and they say sorry it's busy or it's up to the manufacturer / shipping department now or it may take longer as it's in a different warehouse, I get if the shipping can take a few months thats ok but if it's been 4 months and not been shipped yet that is totally unacceptable.

Finally after cancelling my order and two more months trying to get my refund involving messaging their instagram and e-mailing every week they said they would give me me the refund. They sent me a confirmation email saying i had been refunded.

Although when i checked my bank account nothing was there, two weeks later still nothing.

Now about 6 months since ordering they gave the excuse that my refund was rejected and they would give my a 150% voucher.
I said i didn't want that and wanted my money so they said they'll deposit it in my paypal and i'm still waiting to see if that actually happens.

They pretend to be so polite and yet achieve in scamming so many people, i doubt i'll ever get my money - and if you aren't persistent there is no chance you'll get your money back.

Paid for several items and have emailed 10 times and have yet to receive my order OR a refund. Do NOT purchase anything from this scam site.

I ordered from inu inu on in June of last year, nine months ago and have only received half my order. I ordered two items, a sweater and a pair of slippers that they were offering for free. My order came to a total of $56.90. When the slippers came in August I waited and emailed them about the rest of my order. They offered me a 10% refund and told me they would message me with my tracking info. I contacted them again two weeks later and they told me til wait longer. On December 30th I told them Id like a refund. They said they contacted the shipping department and would message me back when they got a response. I messaged them February 2 asking again and they said theyd refund me or give me a 130% coupon in a week. February 18th I asked again for a refund, they told me they were getting an error when they tried to refund me and they said they would refund it to my paypal instead. I gave them it and they stated theyd contact their billing department. I asked when I might get my refund and got no reply so I asked again a week later and they told me that theyd notify me when they hear back from their billing department. I asked for a way to talk to the billing department myself a few days later and received no reply. Its been 5 days. I do not buying from them.

This is a rip-off of the website "dog dog." They steal their ideas and images and jack up the price.

This is beyond belief, in this day of global ecommerce there is no reasonable explanation for this kind of delay. It must be a scam

I love INU INU products and aesthetic. I'm a die hard repeat customer and I can't get enough of them <3 Their customer service is friendly and INU INU products ship quickly. RECOMMEND!

I ordered an item on July 15th... it is now October 5th. Common guys... Don't buy from this site. It's fake.

Never recieved my items. I got the same mails as everybody else. Don't buy anything from these people please. Complete scam.
