I purchased 3 watches dec 5th and have only received 1 out of the 3, also paid extra for 2 day shipping which is pretty irrelevant now that the 2 watches I bought are past the 7 business day mark. No email or anything to notify me that I there's a delay in processing my order. Also when calling customer service, they were not sure exactly when the other 2 watches would be shipped which makes me even more regretful of buying from this company vs somewhere else… disappointed to say the least

Invicta Stores online is a business designed to lie and cheat foreign customers, shipping watches without testing it, bad and inadequate packaging, when received faulty tried calling them for help they just don't help. Their manager is out of touch, unhelpful. Beware of spending money buy the same product from a repuatbel businesses.
I have ordered many watches and they are less than helpful when inquiring about shipping delays. Love the watches but if you need it fast and pay for expedited shipping its pointless. The company hides behind their 3-5 day processing and doesn't care if you pay for fast shipping. Their stance is they still have 3-5 business days to process the order before your shipping time comes into play. Very disappointed and annoyed as my watches will not be here in time for Fathers day. There is no point in paying for expedited shipping of any kind with this company
One of the best sellers I trust. They have very good merchandise at reasonable prices. Extended warranty on all its products and service branches throughout the American territory.
I ordered a watch mid December its in stock credit card bill has been paid and there saying end of Jan or 1st week of Feb. At the latest ( got that info after no return emails and then called on hold for 48 minutes)
Everything was fine. My first order was cancelled due to not having product, but issued a credit right away and informed me all along the way. Reorder different items and already arrived, 2 weeks before Christmas. Items are amazing.
I ordered a watch for a Christmas gift 12/15/19. Today is 1/2/20, no watch, no tracking,, no answers NOTHING! Ive emailed 5 times, no acknowledgement. I've called 8 times, each time I was on hold minimum 30 minutes to hours. The reps give you real generic and non sense answers with still no results. As we speak (see pic) I've been on hold over 3 hours. This has happened before yet not this bad. Since me & my husband are collectors, I said I'd give them another chance. This will be my last. Next step a letter to BBB Better Business Bureau. I'm furious. Bad business!
Great pricing on most models! Very good shipping time and packages safely delivered. As an Invicta brand collector, it is a delight to browse their website and find the items and deals only the factory could offer!
I ordered not one but two on the same day, they both arrived and when I opened them they were much nicer than the picture represents, they were a great value as well being end of year deals, I have gotten many nice compliments already. Once you own one of these timepieces you'll be very happy with the quality/value and probably will never buy another brand, highly recommend!
The watch is awesome! Its really big and heavy and you can tell its well made but unfortunately my husband decided against it. He has four other Invicta watches and lives all of them but was looking for something a little smaller.
I have called your customer service several times in reference to this order and hold time was entirely too long. Again, love the product and the value. Speeding up hold time on phone would make it a perfect shipping experience. Thanks.
Was disappointed with original order. Showed in stock when ordered. Received email at later date that the order was cancelled. Said you were out if stock. Gift for my son. Ordered different watch, which was not as nice, but due to time I did it.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas. This is sure to be the first of many! The quality of these watches are great and the "WOW" factor upon opening the package is bar none! He has been wanting one for a while and I was a bit intimidated to purchase his first without his input, but I really could not have gone wrong with any option and he was more than pleased with the one I chose! He's a pretty big guy at 6' 3" and well over 200 lbs and this watch definitely stands out on his thick arms. Can't wait to continue his collection!
I currently own 9 of their watches. However, not sure I will ever buy another. I placed and order for two watches over a week ago. They have yet to send them. When you call customers service for help you wait on hold for 30+ minutes. Then they can even give you a tracking number for your order. Hands down the worst online retailer I've ever done business with.

The first time I saw the Captain America watch, it was such a eye catching design. I bought these for birthday and Christmas gifts, I know they will love them. Keep up the great work with your innovative designs!
Never even got an email stating that this order would not ship! Had to call customer service and after 30 minute wait was told that watch was damaged and no longer available... ordered another watch which I received today and is good... but the order on 11/25/17 was very poorly handled from a customer service point of view!
Just tired to buy a watch that showed up in the list of sale items. The sale says take an extra 55% off Red Price. When I put coupon in it did not accept. Called store - they said - oh that item was already marked down to the lowest price - I told them --then why did the website say the discount and then include this product if it wasnt included". No answer. I told them advertising was mis-leading an would not buy the product. BEWARE - make sure to check everything before making purchase.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
