Received my ladies watch very quickly and have been wearing ever since. I have had many compliments on it. I will definitely recommend buying from your Company.

I love my Invicta, but then again I am an Invicta fan and I picked this watch. LOL. The product was shipped right away and arrived without a hitch. I'm embarrassed to say that I have already ordered another Invicta.

The only thing I could ask for would be more cool variations like some other shopping networks seem to have.

I received a watch, but the wrong watch. No one ever answers customer service sat on hold first time 1 and 1 half hours, then 45 minutes, sent 5 emails and just 2 days ago received an email with a return label.

Invicta has too many models with variations to chose from. Makes owning their watch less worthy of starting a collection that will have any resale value. Need less superfluous gimmicky designs, celebrity name licensing, and more original craftsmanship. And please stop with the copycat designs of more higher end watch makers. Be original!

I received the watch but had to send it back due to a defective dial. The 12:00 marker was upside down and dislocated. Please refund my 177.00 to my visa. Thank you for your services. Richard Castillo

As an Invicta collector I'm impressed with the ease and convenience of the website. I no longer have to wait for an Invicta Show on a certain "shopping channel" to get my next watch. The prices and selection can't be beat! Those huge "percent off" discounts are AWESOME! Keep 'em coming!

Made a purchase which included multiple models, to my disappointment 2 of the 3 models where not available, waited for 2 weeks, and they still had no expected delivery date. Why have them available to sell if you don't have them in inventory! Had to cancel the order, but Invicta did refund my money plus issued a 20 dollar store credit..

Exactly what I was looking for. Reasonable price. Fast delivery. Well packaged. As with all Invicta's, the band was too long for the average person in order to accommodate the larger wrist, but very easy to remove links and adjust it for a custom fit.

The biggest concern was that if you partner with another company like Amazon please communicate properly. I had to reach out to you (no response) and Amazon to get a status on my order because I did not receive any confirmation

I have always loved the quality versus price point of Invicta Watches and hope to continue doing so. Except for a couple of recent issues with one watch found to be damaged upon receipt and another simply not working upon receipt, Invicta has always satisfied my thirst for high-quality watches. Will gladly upgrade from 4 to 5 stars if recent issues can be resolved quickly.

Amazing quality timepiece, and gorgeous craftsmanship. This is not a cheap looking watch! This was my second Invicta watch Ive bought this year, and the first one is almost 12 months and still looks and works perfect. Im quickly becoming an addicted, loyal customer to this great Swiss/American made brand!

This was my first purchase from Invicta stores, and the order process was simple and straight forward. The watch is beautiful, and exactly as pictured. It was s\delivered exactly on schedule. I'v only been wearing it 3 or 4 days, but it seems to keep fairly accurate time. I'm glad I bought it.

I have receive not one but 2 sorry out of stock and one delayed emails from Invicta. All 3 Christmas gifts. All while I'm laid up after having surgery and cannot find other gifts. I am a loyal customer and this is unbelievable!

I paid $148 for your watch and then I see it advertised for $99.99 all over the internet. Just to let you know no matter how much I like your watches I will never buy another from you or anyone else/ I will also get the person who talked me into buying from you to never buy from you again as he told me that if Invicta did not take care of me he would quit as well.

Ordered on line with great discount and free delivery. Superb communication from start to finish and quick delivery. Not seen watches in the flesh as wont be in USA until the end of October, but my friends who they were delivered to says they look great with no issues.
