The shopping experience was easy and the prices are great. Overall very satisfied. Please assist if possible I place another order on 8/2/20 #******* have not received it yet or any correspondence. Please advise if you can assist.

Invicta takes too long to ship your purchase. Stores such as amazon, Walmart, target, and Macy's offer 1 or 2 day shipping. These places also offer same day shipping.

The problem I had with invicta was WHEN invicta shipped my items. My purchase did not leave your warehouse until 5-7 business days after I ordered. In this day and age with so much competition, this is entirely too long.

The products are wonderful. Your orders are taking way too long to ship. No idea what the issue is, but I think you need to fix this ASAP because you are losing business. I would have purchased at least four more watches if the shipping was better.

Only received part of my order. Ordered six (6) items received one package with two then a few days later another with two. Still missing two of the watches that ordered and I requested information on them and didn't receive any positive news. Can anyone help me?

Just meeting my expectations earns a three star review. The Invicta Store's shipping costs are reasonable. But it is the great watch I got on sale at a very good price that exceeded the expectations I had as I began shopping around. This earned an added star.

I've ordered several watches and they were all excellent quality. I've only had issues with one order so far. I was told it was no longer available and my money was refunded but watch was then on site for a lower price. Still waiting on that order.

I placed my order on Black Friday, after hearing about the huge discounts that were ongoing. I used standard shipping which estimated 5-7 business days, but the watch had come in the mail on Sunday which was very fortunate for me. Very happy with the entire experience.

I was in the United States Marine Corps and a watch with a big intimidating face and ridiculously amazing detail is always an eye catcher. I am a bartender now and get numerous positive comments on the invicta I already wear. Your online shopping, options, and ease of ordering are second to none. This is my second invicta watch in less than a year and I will definitely be getting more.

Customer service would not answer (put on wait hold by the computer answering program) when called over a five day period and holding each time for approximately an hour with a question. Also the Invicta site has an option to send an email with a reply coming from Invicta estimated to be in a day or so. No reply either to two separate email questions. Waited over six days - no reply.

Love the watches... Delivery times have been taking longer and not sure why? Also, watch status on my orders page seem to stay in the "processing" mode for quite a while... I only mention this because other sites seem to be more up to date and miles ahead in customer notification / communication. I would like to see the communication part of the process improved because I do absolutely love the watches!

Shipping was very slow. Even for overnight shipping, your order doesn't get processed for 4-5 business days. This is called out in fine print you only see if you're looking for it. Item finally shipped but was still not sent overnight like I had paid for. I was given a refund for the shipping, but I've moved out of state and it has been a hassle trying to get the package.

Web site good for a senior age 75. Very happy with the online ordering once I understood how to order and getting it delivered. My son was so happy with the watch I picked out since it was beautiful, in my price range and I could order on line. Thanks for helping me to making this a special Christmas and New Year, don't know how many more I have left. Ruth

So many styles to choose from and within anyone's budget range. I just can't wrap my mind around why so many people are disenfranchised by the "Invicta" brand quality and style of watch creations. Maybe because the bold in your face statement that "Invicta" makes when someone wears one of it's many styles. Bottom line "Invicta" makes quality timepieces that can fit most any budget not just the affluent and rich.

I worked in the resort and hotel industry for a little over 30 years. When ever we did not have what was advertised there was always compensation of some type such as a discount or added things to make up for it. I was not even notified that there was a problem. That is poor business.
Also no I have not received my order.

I like the way display the watches but my purchase was denied several times this past weekend, for some unknown reason. I just purchased two watches using the same card. My delivery was perfect timing, but only one of the watches looked in "Brand New" form the other watch was missing it's tags plastic covering, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to return the watch for an exchange because it was a gift.

It took almost two weeks to receive the shipping email I had to call and see what was going on. After I spoke with the customer service they expedited the shipment. I just placed another order for two watches a week ago and have not heard anything about shipment yet.

No trouble. Hassle free shopping. Just the way I like it. Order came fairly quick. Thumbs up to Invicta. The sale was hard to beat.

I sent an email and re wives no response back. I also called number to find out if I could adjust the watch band easily myself or have to take to jewelry. The numbers rang for a long time and no message or human answered at Service center in Sandy.

Had positive feature the photo did show which is a plus nice watch. This is not my first Invicta now will it be my last
