This Invicta watch is big and beautiful. I absolutely love the design. The details are amazing! It's gorgeous, but I can still wear it everyday.

My account was charged TWICE for my order. Once at the time of order placement, and again on the date it shipped. Needless to say this amount being held from my available funds posed banking issues. Eventually one charge came off, but it makes me hesitant to order online again!

Very easy to navigate the website for invicta. Received my order quickly. I have really loved all the watches ive bought from invicta. Great products! Im looking forward to getting more. I only wish invicta would make some Marine Corp themed watches? Army ones are nice but im a marine!

Well overall it was a good purchase I did pricing were low for the items I was looking
The only thing was that there's no update or notification on the order until actually got shipped which was a week after. Would be nice to at least see a 'processing' note

A Christmas present for my husband. I was surprised by the size and weight of the watch but he loves it and that's what matters.

The picture shows this being a 'Swiss made' time piece, however upon arrival, it appears to be simply a Swiss movement. Quite misleading really. Not enough to return and ask for a refund for my purchase, but I would have passed on the deal had I known ahead of time.

Choosing a watch was pleasant. It's very easy to scroll through the pages and see many different styles quickly. I wish the $5 band adjustment kit was included with a $400 watch. Now I'm waiting a week for that tool to show up before I can even wear my watch.

The experience with the store and purchasing were fine. I never got the email that the item had shipped but it arrived in a timely fashion. I would suggest using another shipping carrier as FedEx threw the watch over the fence into my yard. This is a piece of jewelry that could have been damaged by being thrown over a fence from the street and landing in a yard (where it could have potentially rained or anything).

I think invicta provides superior line of watches and other company products. The one issue for me is ordering, I understand with the virus issue it has not been easy, but I ordered 4 watches 2 different orders and still have not received item # ******* please look into this and contact me.

I ordered the 50 slot watch case that I paid full price for. When I went on line the next day it was on sale. I asked for a refund and know one has got back in contact with me. I'm a loyal customer. I have purchased a lot of watches from Invicta.

It is misleading to say grand total is X dollars, without saying it was a minimum $99 purchase for free shipping. This is the third Invicta watch I'm buying in the past month. Should be a better way to handle that. It's also a major inconvenience to require a signature for FedEx when typically no one is home during the day.

1st Order took forever to come, when it came it was way too big, sent it back ( still haven't received refund) ordered another watch- nice but still to thick( you should show more angled pictures of watch) keeping it anyway bc I never got refund and can't afford to purchase a third one and my husband can't live without a watch.
