Obviously Invicta needs to work on their customer service team and hold times. 45 minutes is to long to hold. Super long wait getting my order which missed the mark for the gifts they were intended for. Should change delivery company as well. Can't beet the product for the price, great job!
After receiving zero help from email I called 10 days after purchasing, then had to wait another week for my watch to ship. Seemed like I was reminding them to do their job. This is the third watch I've bought from this site and it will be the last...watch was as expected

I guess the only thing I could comment on is the the amount of days it took to process order and the amount of time FedEx kept in town before they delivered. I'm not complaining really, I appreciate the opportunity to purchase a $699 watch for $129 with free shipping, thank you.
I have ordered quite a few watches from Invicta stores. Usually takes a while to receive your order but this time only tool around 5 days. But I did order another watch the same day and have yet to see it is being processed. But the watches always come in pristine condition.
Very easy and smooth when ordering online. I just hope I don't have to actually call your customer service line. I've never been able to actually talk with a "live" person. Have left messages but never received a reply. This is an area where your company needs to improve.
I paid for two day shipping and end up receiving my items 2-3 weeks later. Unacceptable considering I did not receive reimbursement for shipment. When I reached out to customer service initially I was given a bogus tracking number for items that never shipped! I had a shipment date and everything, and waited on Fed Ex all day, only to find our items never shipped. Upon receiving items one if the watches did not work. I am currently waiting on refund for that watch.
Everything was so easy to find my cousins and I have been shopping with you forever but my older sister has never had one so why not get her started. She was so pleased with thee product for her birthday she began to cry. Thank you so much for coming on time and being apart of the family once more.
Until now all my contacts were fine, with exception on two occasions. One for four repairs with no resolution yet and the purchase of my last two watches that took almost four weeks for delivery. So as much as I like your product, it's going to be my last.
Received a coupon, while shopping on line for 10% off however could not use the discount. Completed purchase anyway because I wanted the products as gifts for friends.
Extremely disappointed since my review of the online store still offers the 10% and my original purchase offered 10% off but the recent activity did not allow for it to be used.
Both venom watches (including this order) I have returned. Both do not work correctly. Maybe I'm expecting too much out of the watch? The 1/10 of a second dial doesn't turn/rotate for the first thirty seconds like it's suppose to. I was informed it was normal for the movement?
I am dissatisfied on the fact the company does not honor a price reduction of their products... resulting in having to cancel and reorder an item that not only had a price change with in a few hours of ordering it, but now I have to go through the process of returning the item and reordering it when a price adjustment is quicker and simpler. This is not the first problem I've had shopping here...I have also received time pieces that were defective when they arrived; and now this issues... I really like your products but not the red tape to be a satisfied customer...
Invicta stores is great! Customer service is great. Watches are incredible. Fed ex...different story. Missed 3 delivery dates. Next time I'll choose overnight shipping. Am buying another watch next week
Excellent, as usual. Although the winding mechanism will not lock, so the watch will stop working when it pops out (I'll try to get it seated, think that I've been successful, and then a few hours later notice that the time is wrong and the winder has popped out).
I was given my first Invicta watch by my grandpa as a graduation present and I fell in love with it right away. I just bought two more watches and they are amazing. I would defiantly recommend Invicta to anyone looking for an excellent watch at an affordable price.
Web site a little slow but not bad.
Received watch and it looked great. Band was very stiff and watch much bigger (thickness) than I expected. I just am not a person that can wear leather bands, very uncomfortable and I will probably return it. Price and look are great. Not good for my job and use but that's all me not the product. Highly recommend products.
Ordering was easy. This is the FIRST time I got a watch from Invicta store that didn't take more than 10 days! I was amazed to see it processed and shipped so fast this never happens. If they keep this up I will be much happier ordering from them. The watch was top notch I actually showed it to a friend who ordered the same watch luckily it was still on sale. He too got a fast turn around from order to delivery!
I have not received the majority of my order the associate with whom I spoke with after being disconnected twice and a total hold of over three hours. The associate all but told me too bad that I have not received it. He shows it was delivered. On the the 1St of April how was that possible when the order was placed on the 1st. I am go to dispute this entire transaction with PayPal. I'm very disappointed with Invicta I've spent thousands of dollars with you guys and clearly you don't care about their customers...
I never received my order. It was a Father's Day gift for my husband. Fed ex tracking stated package delivered but was not found. Attempted to contact invicta several times via email with no response. I contacted fed ex and put in a claim. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges since I did not receive the product nor was contacted by invicta. I'm very disappointed with their customer service.
I tried to call several times to find out the status of my order no one would answer. Emailed got a response days later and was told it would take 4 to 5 days after I placed the order, but it took much longer than that it was 10 days. I also paid for 2 day shipping, it took 3 days. I love the watch but will never buy direct again. Amazon does a much better job.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
