The only feedback I have is a shipment confirmation would have been nice. We had no idea it was on its way. We were shocked when it arrived and so quickly. VERY happy with the ordering process and product!

Very pleased from the pleasant rep. That took my order to the unbelievable delivery time, I have also ordered 3 watches for a friend,he is also very pleased with the quality and service, I'm sure we'll be regular customers.

The selection of watches is fabulous and the prices are great. My husband collects watches so I'm able to purchase a new one every year for him that is different and unique. He's been very happy with every watch.

My over all experience was greater than I expected. I ordered two watches and received them faster then was expected. I will be ordering more watches in the future. Thank you so much for making these beautiful time pieces.

Quick and easy I am a big invicta fan, have over 60 invicta watches of many collections. Invicta cannot be best for style and design. Always get stopped when I am out asking about where I got it, I wear a different watch almost every day, I am an avid hunter so my last purchase of the orange diver fits my needs as I wear safety orange vest and cap when in the woods

I'm satisfied with the multiple styles available and the ordering process. However, I am receiving at least one email a day advertising items on sale. Once a week is too often, so I certainly don't need one every day.

I've ordered 3 watches over the past few years and my husband has loved them all. Unfortunately we were robbed and of bourse the first thing they took was his first Invicta watch. Love the website. And great prices.

They had exactly what I was looking for I didn't get bombarded with ads telling me to purchase something else and their customer service is awesome. The watches they carry are very high quality and the price is unbeatable.

First of all,i did choose a pre owned watch,read the fine print took the gamble but,here's the problem,they took a picture of a new watch tell you no returns on pre owned,won't let you see or feel it, scratches,crown etc... don;t mind spending the money but...if it is no good at least let me send it back. Then send you a invicta box, no papers, just expected more from the company, thanks for the time santo

This first order was great. Regrettably I ordered a second watch a couple of days after and after 2 or 3 days I received an email stating they didn't have the watch, to order another one.
Being that I'm buying directly from Invicta I requested if instead I could be notified when the watch is available again but I was told no.
As you can imagine I am very disappointed as I was looking forward for that particular watch.

Very easy and quick. A straight forward website allowing the use of discount codes.
Timepiece did arrive without factory mummy wrap, so it had been opened.
The timepiece is gorgeous and I'm pretty happy as I missed the Evine our top value and the SS sold out.
Thankfully you guys had one left and I grabbed it.

Awesome i really found it easy to get what i was looking for Great quality highly recommended. The price had made me a little skeptical to believe it was going to be good quality but i am very pleased with this purchase 5 stars all around.

Customer service was horrible. I paid for overnight shipping for my watch because I wanted it for my wedding day. Still took about a week and a half for them to even put it in the mail. I call 7 times and sent 2 emails. Only got one response that was obviously automated. Love my watch, y'all need to be better about answering your customers.

It has been a pleasurable shopping experience with Invicta.com although, I had other options I decided to shop with you'll because of the warranty and superb customer service and exceptional shipping and handling of my watches! Great job Invicta.com keep up the good work! Thanks again!

The watch arrived, and two days later stopped keeping time. I called customer service, and as of yet have not been able to reach a solution to my dilemma. I would like the watch replace or repaired, but I don't want to incur any further costs.

Customer service is superb! They were very polite and handled my order professionally and very courteously. I was hesitant at first to order by mail because I was worried my product would not arrive safely. I had no issues whatsoever. Items came in their boxes intact. I will order again from here.

Very Good. However, regarding the 'shopping cart': I do not like how the website automatically Empties my cart if purchases are not made quickly. Then, there is no reference, or shortcut referring back to the previous cart items? So you have to go back and find the item again. Frustrating and Inefficient.
