Love the Invicta watches. Your Customer Service people were very nice and easy to work with. My only complaint would be the length of time it took to get go my door. Triple the time from other sources like Evine and Amazon.

The watch is very nice. Shipping was the issue. It took me almost 4 weeks to get the watch. My husband ordered a watch the same day and he got his in about a week. Fed ex told me at first it would be delivered on a Sunday which is a laugh. Then it showed it was back at the starting point. I email invicta customer service and then I got it in 2 days. You need to use a different carrier

For the most part it was all good. However when my time piece band breaks the first time I wear it and the help center tells me there's nothing that can be done without spending more money, it personally drops all ratings and tells me I should no longer continue to buy from you.

Easy shopping. Great product as most of your customers I own about seven if not more invite watches. Every time I think of purchasing a true luxury watch, I think that i saved thousands by purchasing an Invite that has the look keeps perfect time and is the best value one could ask for.

Nice day... the first purchase I made and is regular...Buy 2 watches of the same model and sent me just 1, reimbursement was made but I do not like that they sent me only 1, as had 2 in stock.This watch has a flaw, since the colors of: Popeye, are not the same as are illustrated on the page you...Therefore, it was not much of my liking.I hope to see those details and improve its service. Thank you

I would like see more views of the watches. It's more helpful making selections. Also, take down watch choices when out of stock. I was excited for a watch and only to be disappointed to find out they were all gone! I thought that delivery was 4-5 days. 14 days later I received them.

I did not get the blue Box that clearly showed on the web site when I placed this order and this is a gift to a good friend. I would like the hard collector case for what you say is a limited edition... I should get what I see in your advertisement. It clearly showed the collector box with the watch. Not any to happy here.

I have ordered 3 watches so far. Two direct and one from amazon. Delivery time was good and the watches I received were fine. I did not look closely at one I ordered and I'm not real happy about the "numbers/hash marks" around the dial. It almost looks like some are missing(No 10 or 20...starts with 30) and makes the watch look like a factory defect.

It took more time expected to receive one of my time pieces. It seems to be the norm, I am not comfortable with this norm. When I pay for a product, I expect it to be delivered in a reasonable time frame. Your website is not user friendly and does not contain useful information to assist customers on tracking their shipment, compared to many other websites.

The overall experience was great except for the delivery time. It took two weeks for me to get the watch. When I call customer service they were awesome explaining the reason why. I got my order two days later after calling customer service. I am however, very pleased with the product. In my opinion it looks better than advertised.

Check out was Quick and easy! I'll wait to comment on the product when I get it. Took a whole week to receive, way to long. Watch is beautiful but cheaper on Amazon and with prime shipping shipping would have been faster. I should have purchased from them. I will next time. Bottom line is I love the watch!

The only drawback for me was the clearly noted shipping time being stated as 1-4 days (business days) but I had not received a shipping confirmation after the sixth business day which is what I contacted customer service about. I received a prompt but standard response saying every effort was being employed to fill my order. I would have been fine with a notation of 1-7 business days.

When it comes to Invicta's limited edition watches, you're buying art, from an artist that you may never know or meet. You just know that the Invicta name stands for in place for the artist, the quality, and a beautiful time piece on your wrist.

Was hard to get contact and never get tru and take more than a week to send me a tracking # I don't buy again. Plus the watch looks so nice in the page but when shows up isn't look like that and look cheap.

My husband collects Invicta watches. He told me he liked the Graffiti watch so I wanted to get it for him for Father's Day. I was able to search and find product quick. Love the sales prices. It took about a month to be delivered.

I order these two watches for my boyfriend for our 2 year anniversary and his birthday because he loves Invicta watches, he absolutely loves them. I will be order more. Love the different styles and colors to choose from. They arrived in a timely manner.

Ordered on line going thru link son-in-law sent. The angels watch came on time. He loved it.

The item arrived well packaged, in the time frame promised, for a great price. And, my husband loves it!
My only issue is the "processing time" which seems oddly long, considering the funds were taken from my account within a minute of my order completion.

I bought these 3 watches as gifts, after purchasing one for myself. I liked the looks and thought they were a good value. But, I was totally embarrassed when one of the watches was delivered with a dead battery. Hence, my rating changes! Pretty sad.

The Invicta site was easy to use and what I truly liked is it showed true inventory. It stated 1 product left in stock and after my order, it was completely removed. There are many companies that the product remains visible until you select it, then it states out of stock.
