The delivery time the agent just gave me a phone script answer, and could not really tell me why I had not received it.

If you have a job in customer service you should know why your shipping is delayed, and answers to other customer service issues.

I like the watch. It would have been better if the band was a solid heavy type material. That seems to be the complaint with a lot of these types of watches seiko, invicta, etc. that do look nice. But I'm happy with this invicta.

I sent an email asking if I could add to my order, but it had already shipped. I received a prompt, professional reply back explaining that it was too late to have them sent together. Excellent customer service!

This product is not satisfactory. I have contacted you twice, but have not yet received a response. Your customer service is lousy and leaves very much to be desired. I still want to return this unused item, for a complete refund. Please assist me, immediately.

After initial inspection and evaluation, the watch was running extremely fast gaining several minutes each day. Thus, I contacted customer service for a return authorization and have returned the watch and am waiting for confirmation of my refund.

This is my first time buying from this store. Considering my stupidity, I did it.

I was happy with the watch I purchased for my husband so I decided to treat myself. I received my watches fairly quickly and they were even prettier than their pictures. I've already received many compliments on them.

Received watch very fast! Only issue is that the flame fusion crystal on the watch had several small scratches, and has shown to scratch very easily. Beautiful looking watch! Wish there was an upgraded crystal you could buy!

It takes entirely to long to receive an order! When I told a friend who is also an Invicta fan that I ordered from you, he instantly said that he doesn't shop with you because it takes to long! This ended up being the case for my order, without any updates on when it would be delivered... I just ordered another one last Sunday and haven't heard a word on the status of that order either!

Yes---there was a prompt and satisfactory sale. I was disappointed that the FEDEX delivery person left my package under my mailbox near the street curb. Someone who could be looking to take packages could have easily have taken my box with my watch in it.

I have purchased numerous times from Invicta with no issues; however, this last order took weeks to arrive and each time I called I was told it was being shipped in the next day or 2 but it never was. This was a special gift for my husband for our wedding anniversary and I didn't receive it until almost 2 weeks after our anniversary which was very disappointing.

Beautiful watches at an excellent price, with details that make it elegant, in love with my watch.

Instructions that came with watch were very poor. Did not explain how to set items and what they all were. I guess that you want customers to contact you or go online to look at instructions. Not satisfied with this. The timepiece is beautiful, works well, once I figured things out.

They contacted me because they had a wrong address. Talk about great service. The watches are beautiful.

Excellent watch! Don't know if it's luck of the draw, but the movement keeps excellent time so far. As good as my Rolex certified chronometer! I bought this as a knock around beach watch and am very happy.

Love the Invicta brand watches. I am a watch fanatic. So you can get reasonable priced to more expensive to great sales on marked down watches. Unique,sporty,stylish or plain great trustworthy and durable watches!

I sent an email asking how to adjust the band on one watch I received. I had to look at YouTube for the answer as Invicta didn't respond. But the watches are excellent quality! (I bought three) I am very satisfied with my purchase anyway.

I'm very happy with the quality of the watches and Bluetooth speaker I bought. The sale price was the biggest selling point for these as I saved over $800, depending on where i would have purchased them otherwise.

Been a collector and been buying from invicta for years
This was the worst experience so far.Right now my son won't get his Christmas gift and i have to call like twice to find out that the product was out of stock. And the customer service Agent was not very helpful.
