Invicta Stores

This my third order, it's not for personal but for my store and resell this watches. You guys keep charging sales tax, even though i have given resale certificates. Have to call every time to get the credit...

I love the items and the great deals you have. However, for the women watch it was a little bigger than what I expected. I need to contact your support center to verify if there is a smaller watch lock. My wife hand is small and after links are taken out the lock makes it difficult to use or wear. Thanks for the opportunity to provide positive feedback.

The site experience was easy...as expected. Meeting my expectations earns three stars. After all, it is what is expected. The selection and especially the great sales prices earn the added fourth star. The fact that these are Invicta watches means quality. Again, expected, but also the reason I shop this site.

I have been buying Invicta for 10 years now. I love the style more than anything. I have had some quality issues such as pins backing out and buttons stop working but I love their styles. I wish they would build a better quality. I have even had issues with the Reserve collection. I think the trade out is great idea because that's about the time you start having issues.

I contacted you via email because I received my order in two deliveries. One item was delivered within the expected days of the service, which was 2-3 days, but the remaining items were delivered almost one week later. However, I was very satisfied with my order. My only complaint is that I paid an amount of money ($29.00)for my order to be received on a specific date and it was not granted.

Price was amazing but the lead time was absurd. It took over a week for the watch just to ship out. Called customer service and all they could tell me was, "It should ship soon." All in all I would give a rating of 7 out 10 overall.

I had to contact Invicta to find out that my items were not being shipped, even though I'd already paid for them. Then I'm told the watch I originally wanted was no longer available. I ended up paying additional monies for a watch that I don't even like.

Excellent experience! I've always wanted to own an Invicta watch, but didn't think that I could afford one. I now own 3, because of the awesome sites. I received one of my watches and the second hand had fallen off and was laying inside the crystal. I made a call and they had me a return shipping label emailed to me and fixed my watch in a phenomenally short time. Thank you Invicta team!

Cancelled an order without contacting me as to why. I currently own plus 130 Invicta watches and this is absolutely the worst experience ever. I had to call 2 months after ordering to get the information that it was cancelled but not given a reason as to why.

Every purchase made with Invicta Stores is a 5 star experience. I always find what I am searching for, and at the best prices.

Follow up:
I received both watches in a matter of a few days - fast delivery as always from Invicta Stores. Both were in factory wrap & look great on my wrist. At the bargain prices offered, there is always money left over for another purchase.

Great value for the price and a simple ordering process! I have quite a few Invicta timepieces and generally have purchased them online through other sources. After viewing a sale online, I decided to check your site to compare. I ended up ordering 2 watches after seeing some great deals on your site. Delivery was timely and the products were as expected. I will be ordering from you again in the future.

Credit cards are processed right away but it takes 17 days before it is shipped. Then once shipped it bypasses my city and state which adds 2 more days to the delivery. My wife is glad she ordered early or it may not have arrived by my birthday.

This watch is great but it is way to big for my wrist. I feel that Flavor Flav would wear this around his neck.

Overall I enjoy shopping with Invicta.com. Due to this pandemic, deliveries are running behind the normal eta delivery. Other than that I love that I don't have travel and the prices are very reasonable! I own 13 so far and it's not over! God bless and stay safe!
