They cancel your order with out warning or explanation. And if you dont call? You will be sitting there waiting for 2 weeks. My email said shipped 2items. Only got 1. Waited another week and called to find out...they item was no longer available?
It took a long time to get my product. Customer service kept giving me different dates. When product arrived it only worked for pne day. Didn't receive everything i ordered. I'm very unhappy with invicta. Still waiting on watches.

Shopping invicta stores is usually quick, easy experience, the only trouble is when trying to use my invicta card for payment. Often takes multiple attempts and sometimes can not get charge to go through, resulting in having to use different cc. This order had to use different cc. The only problem with experience was as putting on watch the lugg screws came apart disassembling bracelet from case. Called cs, rep quickly processed return paperwork asking if wanted replace or refund. I will be away next couple months so she will refund and when back in town may place order at that time. Ty

The Star Wars Storm Trooper special edition is for my son. He absolutely loves it! He is a big guy 6'4" 280 lbs and the size of band as well as actual bezel fit him perfectly! I will definitely be buying more Invicta watches to add to his growing collection!
First of all.i only wear invicta watches.second my new watch is unique n lovely.This is my 1st time buying from invicta.com. My only thing i wasn't pleased with was how long it took and not being able to track it.Other than that your watches are the best.which you already know
Love these watches and what a sale! Slow on tracking and letting me know status of order. Never was able to reach live person. But they did reply via e-mail. COVID hs created challenges but some firms are handling better than others.

Language barrier, representative unfamiliar with Invicta store locations, even after looking them up. Have no suggestions, or even acted like he was interested in my dilemma getting the watch sized. I went to a local jeweler who charged me $15.00 to size.
I found exact same watch, same model# the next day on Amazon for $100.00 less. How an Amazon sell your product for that much cheaper?, plus I would get free shipping. I guess I learned my lesson to check my prices first! And I have several Invicta watches, but I never knew that Amazon sold them.

Love the watch but it took almost a month to receive it. I can get the exact same Invicta watch off of Amazon in 2-3 days (max). I purchase most products online. Your delivery times are horrible in comparison to most businesses. It also took 45 minutes for a customer service rep to answer my call.
I'm absolutely allowing for the fact that you might be having "Covid problems", but answers to my questions about purchase confirmation, shipping date, shipping delay came slowly. 1-2 emails went unanswered. Fed Ex was slow. Fed Ex transit records showed that the watch sat in their Tracy, CA depot for 2-3 days before I received it. I did receive it on their originally predicted delivery date. Once you turn over a package to Fed Ex you are obviously at their mercy. Maybe they have "Covid problems" also in the form of manpower shortages. This form doesn't allow me to change my overall rating to 4 stars. I clicked 5 by mistake. Also, I emailed an inquiry many days ago about the availability of a different model. Never got a reply.
The prices are wonderful with quality can't beat it but delivery time is terrible it took almost a week and half to get my order.
I just ordered a couple more last Sunday the 16th of August, 2020 and paid for 2 day delivery. I'm waiting to see right now how long that going to take. Please, can we fix the problem. Thank you.
Quick customer service. Delivery was slower than normal, but with the pandemic under way and the continual high demand for Invictas, I contacted Invicta and they assured me that the product would soon be out. Received it. Love it. Ready to order more...whoops, we already did!
Received watch that had scratches on the watch bezel. Attempted to contact customer service 4 times over a one week period. Twice I was on hold for over 30 minutes. Never reached anyone. Finally gave up. I won't purchase anything else at all from you!
Generally Invictastores are usually good. Did receive my order this time, but some orders Invictastores send emails that the product is unavailable even though the website says it is in stock. Sometimes you buy something and the price in few days goes lower or higher. Too many fluctuations with prices.
The products are great so far but the yellow boxes were damaged. They had black fingerprints on them. Totally disappointed! Unfortunately, the fingerprints do not wipe off so need to come up with a crafty way to cover prior to presenting the gifts. I tried contacting customer service but unable to get through to a representative.
There is no communication with Invicta phone calls and emails go unanswered. Yet I am sent advertising everyday.
Answering your phone or reply to an email would greatly improve your customer's satifaction

Last two orders I placed, I never received a confirmation or delivery info. When I called, I waited 20 minutes (twice!) and never talked to anyone. So I went on-line and filled out a contact request on 'order status' and still NO ONE Contacted me! Yes, I received my orders but with NO HELP from you! This is the worst customer service and ordering experience I've ever had and will certainly tell everyone about it.
BTW: I own 84 Invicta watches and just took delivery of my LAST one. Thank you for ruining a wonderful relationship!

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
