Invicta Stores

This is a long story. Placed order on 12-27 and received order confirmation within minutes... then nothing. Called customer service and waited 3 separate times over 30 minutes on hold. Then tried calling stores and only the one in Miami answered. The manager said in I ya was closed until 1-2-20 so please be patient... waited another 5 days then called customer service again and after 27 minutes someone finally picked up saying please be patient we are very busy. I am a logistics lean analyst and thus is truly unacceptable. You guys charged me day two for the two watches I purchased... it's 1-12-20 and I still only have one with no tracking for the other... not to sound snide but if I did that at my warehouse I wouldn't have a job... not happy at all with service. I have now 6 watches and love them but won't buy from the online store again... that's for sure...

I'm disappointed that I get emails daily, sometimes more than once about watches on sale. When I purchased one, it sat at the warehouse for 9 days and was only shipped out after I inquired about it. Once shipped FedEx rescheduled the delivery 3xs with no real explanation. I got an email yesterday and tried to place an order but for some reason it doesn't recognize the credentials. I did forgot password and never received anything back to reset it. I also can't apparently get the 40% site wide discount unless I'm a customer. I'm not really feeling too good about Invicta right now even though I love my watches, all 19 and want more. I'm profoundly disappointed

Easy and quick. Secure processing without any worries. One major concern. These are valuable items and when the box arrived, it was left on the front door step. I'd highly suggest some way of not labeling Invicta on the box. Like I said, it's a very expensive item and you should seriously either label the box in a different fashion where Invicta is not so obvious, or ensure signature delivery. I love my watches and I'd hate to see it picked up by a savvy porch robber.

The product is great.The customer service lately has gone down hill.I used to be able to be able to talk to someone within a couple of minutes of hold time. I called a couple of times lately and was literally on hold for 45 minutes before I decided to just hang up.I sent an email as well,which they say someone will reply within 48 hours. I never got a reply back.I am not sure what is going on but customer service has gone from an A+ to an F-!

I dislike that you guys take forever to ship
I purchased another watch and got a demo or something...it had a scuff on the case.
I contacted you guys and offered me a nice credit towards next purchase or return...I opted for the credit...DIDBT HERE BACK!
Had to again contact you guys...and ask about my credit...
I got a response stating I'd get 25 dollars refunded to my card...that was yesterday.
So far i don't see anything but I'll give it a few days to clear...if not I'll be once again contacting you.
In the meantime I purchased over $400 worth of watches and a 8 slot case on Monday.
Today's Friday and still no watches...not even an email with tracking!
Are these items even on there way?
Terribly slow shipping and usually send notice it's shipped AFTER I finally get it!

Had a not so good buying experience because my card got declined 3 times.

Nevertheless, couldnt wait to get my first invicta(s), and when they came, I loved the blue dial 50mm pro diver. Value for money is the name of the game. Packaging was great too they all came in sweet boxes that look good.

One weird thing was I ordered 3 watches and all 3 were shipped separately. For me its no big deal, but it prob costs a lot more for the store.

Invicta Timepieces are always my go to. Not interested in any other brand at this point on my life. The one down fall is they go so quick. Although I purchased three timepieces, I wanted a fourth... The Iridescent sea hunter 3 with the polyurethane strap. I don't know if you'll ever have it again at that $118.00 price. Ebay definitely compete with your prices often, but I pride myself on being a loyal customer of Invicta Time Pieces. So if ever that paticular Time Piece comes back. I hope to be able to obtain it. Thank you for a great product, and I will always support.

Invicta customer service is terrible. I received my first order which was a complete fiasco but not Invictus fault because FedEx kept messing up but my second order has yet to be shipped (its been 15 days) and they will not respond to any of my emails and when I call I sit on hold for 45 minutes plus with no response. Not to mention their hours are only 11am to 6pm to be able to call. Save yourself some grief and just go to the store if you really want to buy something.
