I received an order confirmation and shipping email very quickly after I placed my order. The package was delivered within three days. The watch was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I didn't have an issue until I opened the case and discovered I received the wrong watch. After verifying I did indeed order the correct item I sent two emails and left three voicemails with NO RESPONSE. The item shipped was item#******* and I ordered item#*******. Good customer service shines through on how well you remedy a problem. To date I still haven't been contacted.
I am very pleased with the watch and it's performance. The only negative that I have, although a small one, is that the presentation box for the watch looked dirty and "used", not new like the watch. Other than that I will be looking to purchase more products in the future.
I have been purchasing the Invicta brand for years for my husband who is in love with all there watches. Last year I purchased for the entire male side of my family. I'll not change. Love love love these watches. Can't ever go wrong!
Site was easy to navigate and select products. Unfortunately one of the watches was broken and that was discovered when the person opened the gift [in my presence]. I have him the packing slips etc to return it. I hope that process goes well
In my experience with this store, my order did not ship within the 3-5 day shipping as mentioned in their disclaimer. So yes at this point I started to wonder if I've been scammed. I called customer service and they stated that I will be receiving a tracking order# 2days ago,and it's been 12 days since I've placed my order and still nothing.
This is my 4th INVICTA GLADIATOR WATCH(the other 3 are Gold with Brown Chain Accent, Gold with Gold Chain Accent, All Silver Watch) and this Black with Gold Chain Accent is great! I use each watch based on what I am wearing. They bring a lot of attention and are striking in appearance and styling. I appreciate the time payments without interest that the AFFIRM credit allows on each of my previous purchases.
I have to say I really love this beautiful watch! The Abalone dial, the polished stainless steel band is extremely eye catching and makes a fantastic addition to my Invicta watch collection, now at 26. However, my only beef is with how now Invicta is shipping all its watches out to customers in these cheap cardboard boxes with foam centers. They used to sell their watches with these beautiful yellow textured hard shell watch cases, and it was excellent for those who do not have cases to store their watches in, and if you stored watch on your nightstand it still looked very stylish. I would NOT put these shipping containers on my nightstand. Come-on Invicta don't start getting cheap, you are tarnishing your brand.
I placed an order, at 1st I was excited I got a great deal. Then no news on if my order ever shipped or not, I thought I had been scammed, tried contacting via # on website no one ever picked up I was on hold for one hour recording just kept repeating over and over again. Finally sent an email received tracking and kept an eye on it until it arrived I could finally breath.
Shipping can take 2 weeks even though the billing is almost instantaneous.
I tried to order a watch, Weekender sale. It said the watch was sold out, only to reappear on the site at the presale price.
This Mickey Mouse Limited Edition is great for the price, one happy camper. I have been collecting Invicta washes, for a little over four years and have over 50 watches now, also is my favor Christmas gift for every-one around my circle, everyone like them very much.
I now have 5 watches, my wife has 2. I just recently bout the reserve green abalone with the gold trim. Can I replace the rubber band with a silver one? Comment? Send to *******@gmail.com
Oh, the only problem that I have had was due to the shipper who miss shipped the watch to Washington State. Took almost 10 more days to receive it. Other than that, keep sending me info with discounts!
I ordered a watch for my husband for Christmas. When it came, it was "almost" the right watch--even had the same model number. BUT, it was Japanese movement, not Swiss (as was advertised) and had a 3 year warranty (not 5, as was advertised) and the face was subtly different--no day/date chronometer, but two others (out of the three chronometers) that were different than what I ordered. Tried to call 4 times. Left messages. No return calls. E-mailed twice--got a response but when I tried to answer it no one replied. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Probably will not be ordering another INVICTA watch --and we've ordered several before. I guess I will try to send this one back and forget hubby's gift of an Invicta since I didn't get what I ordered and paid for. Now have the added burden of trying to send it back at this hectic time of year. Would just donate it if it didn't cost so much.
5 star bad, bad at all, bad experience. I made a purchace and the page of the special say's up to 7 days to ship your order. You now what.Im still waiting for the delivery more than 12 working days and nothing. I tray to contac via email and is a joke after enter my infomation. Please don't buy on this site.
I had had my eye on this particular watch... and when I got an e-mail with a great price deal on it, I decided that I had to have it! The watch arrived as promised... no issues. Would use this site again.
Prior to receiving my order. I placed 2 other orders before I finally got the one I got now.
It took weeks before I could actually speak with a live person to even get info on whats going on with my deliver.
Love the timepiece, perfect Color combination and the dial is outstanding. Waiting on a special occasion to wear it, we have an upcoming cruise and my new timepiece will be a perfect way to pace the time.
Quality mechanical watch that keeps good time. I was sick of buying batteries all of the time. It's nice to have at least one watch that when it stops running all I have to do is wind it and it's good for another 30 hours or so. I am no longer without a watch until I can get a jeweler to install the batteries. It also is pretty beefy; the watch has a little bit of weight to it which felt like a quality time piece to me. The genuine leather band is also a real plus. Plastic bands tend to fall apart. So far I am really liking this watch.
I ordered a watch, got a confirmation and then 4 days later they said they had to cancel the order because it was out of stock. This was an "in stock" item when I ordered it and got a confirmation at time of order. This was a Christmas present and was very disappointing. I was not offered any discount on other items for my inconvenience, only that they would honor the on line discount I already had for the previous watch I ordered.
The watches are great the packaging is not great. A couple of my watch boxes were scuffed and scratched. It was packaged in a thin poly bag instead of a box.
Great merchandise and prices with what I have purchased. Looking forward to seeing more great deals as I purchased. I think this is a great opportunity for others o take advantage of these great prices for great quality merchandise. I will recommend this service to all my contacts. Great gifts for others.
