Went to order 2 watches, clicked international shipping and entered my address... Product was shipped to me, however once it got close it was sent back to the sender by thier request... The reason is as I was told was that I have bought the watches which were on sale and as a Canadian I was not entilled to it (over $250 CAD with shipping on 2 watches worth only about $200 less tax)... The money is now three days later and I haven't seen the money yet... and all my phone calls all end up with them stating that the refund is on its way... I just wish my watches would have shown up, but there is other companies that would like my money and will be honest with me

I received my watch in 2 days packaged nicely, no scraps or scratches on either of the boxes and the watch is amazing. Im a Police Officer and i bought this watch to wear to work because i know how tough these watches are!
Nice watch, though the second hand doesn't work. That could be a setting but I wouldn't know, never got an instruction manual. Emailed and got no response, tried again no response. Now looking for a way to return for refund. Guess it's not all it's cracked up to be.
After completing my work purchase last week I selected the 2 day shipping option because I was not aware of the current date. I thought that the gift cor my daughter would not arrive before Christmas. Although I sent a second email explaining the mistake, it was ignored. I would like to have my selection for the warranty and upgrade / return honored.
I was very impressed with the expeditious delivery of one watch. However, VERY disappointed that the watch that was a Christmas gift was cancelled/refunded on shipping day due to a supply issue. It was too late by this time to order another and have it shipped in time. Thankfully I ordered 2 and he loves the "birthday-turned-Christmas gift" watch that he received. Thanks!
I initially was going to order another watch because the site advertised 45% off the selected line. When I added it to my cart and used the code they provided, there was no discount taken. Luckily, I was able to use a different code that was emailed to me, however it was for less of a discount. I love my Invicta watch, just a little disappointed about the way the first transaction went.
I ordered the gunmetal case but got the silver tone case instead and customer service was not very much help as they said mistake was in the add it had wrong model number and they were very slow in the responses finally I said I'll just keep the silver tone case as it was a good price at the 50% off special. But still disappointed.
Website was easy to navigate and the ordering process as well. My item was shipped and arrived on time and in tact. It looked exactly as described when purchased. Overall I am happy with my experience and I will continue to shop at invicta in the near future.
Its a great product. Also, very good watches. Would lv to have more of them. They ship very fast and in good shape. The watches r very good lookin and keep very good time. Next one i get, is the automatic diver. Then i'll need a 3 slot box or what ever there called.
I have an extremely small wrist. I went through 5 watches before I found one that is small enough for my 61/2" wrist.
I was able to return the other 4 watches, no problem.

I ordered a black watch and received a steel grey one. The yellow box was torn and not really a presentable packaging. I feel like there may have been a bait and switch done in order to fulfill my order.
I purchased an Invicta watch based off of the look. It matched everything I was looking for and the price was quite a bit lower than other watches I was looking at. I decided to purchase the watch which I then found out can't keep time and just randomly stops. I asked about getting it repaired and was told I need to mail it in to have it looked at. There is no way I'm paying another $50 in shipping charges to have them look at a watch that is less than a week old to me.
I have 3 invicta watches myself and my girlfriend really fell in love with my last one I bought (black and gold Aviator) so for Christmas I got her the Black and Gold Blu which is really similar. This was my first time ordering from the website because I always purchase them at the mall. The watch is nice but when I opened the package the watch was not placed in the box correctly. The watch was not even on the yellow sponge they wrap around. It was on the side pressed in there. The clear face protector was not on the face either. It was folded up barely touching the band. I was a little disappointed ordering online. I am a big fan of Invicta and want to think this was because of the holiday season and they were crazy busy but as a company they should be a little more careful when packaging their items. Its all about making sure the customer is happy and excited when opening the package so they can keep coming back.
They are having great sales, and I've ordered 4 watches for me, and 3 watches for other people, and my wife said, enough already. I asked her if she wanted a particular one, and she said no because, she hasn't been wearing watches for a while now. But, I was compelled to buy it anyway, and I did. It came, and when she saw it, she loved the polished look of it. Now, she is happy that I bought it for her (model *******).
Wish there was more of a description and multiple views of the watches, for example the thickness. I love watches so I try buying them for family, but everyone has a different taste for things. The more description or picture views the better. I will need to return one prior watch bought because the family member doesn't wear thick watches... a picture would have helped me make a better choice.
Invicta stores purposely ships the limited edition watches with the cheaper, non-limited edition watchs. Ex. Star wars, DC comics, Snoopy, etc. I called help line (note: they do not call it customer service, even they know that would be a lie). I am allegedly getting a correct box. So, why did i have to call to get the box that was supposed to be shipped? 2nd problem was one watch was to come with a 3-slot pelican style case. "help" said "oh we ran out of those" I showed her the web-page and she actively worked to have the web-site changed. I took screen shots though. LIARS, CHEATS!
Invicta Watches are always quality pieces. Abalone itself is very pretty but, this Grand Diver with the Blue Abalone is absolutely Gorgeous... stunning array of Blue Colors so deep & vibrant, you will love it! This was my second purchase through Invicastores.com and the service was wonderful. Look forward to next time.
I place my order on 12/31/2027 took until January 12 to get the watch, I paid express shipping $29 never received the order in 2 day took me 4 phone calls to get answers, after fighting with a customer service rep finally got my $29 back, terrible services she didnt care about listening to me or help me
I am so ready to file a complaint, I needed this order within 2 days because was a bday present to my brother and supposed to go overseas with a family member... now I have to pay and additional $245 to send the watches... thanks invicta Ill make sure never shop again any of your products

I wouldn't ever buy from this company again. Promised delivery before Christmas and still not here. I purchase three watches on 12/7/2021 and not one of them have showed up. It is now the 28th of December. They said it would ship in five day and now has been Three weeks. They have no problem taking your money, but getting you you're order is a whole different story.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
