Received order fairly quickly. Have not put it on yet, but I ordered the 20 year warranty cover and it was approx $60 less than from the pool supply company I usually use.
Got the motor had it installed, it did not work because the old impeller was broken, when to my pool company in Peabody mass, they confirmed that, the impeller was broken, been a customer for over 35 years, took care of me, gave me a new impeller,installed it for me, plugged the new motor in and off we go the pool filter was working,and the Grandchildren were swimming the next weekend thank You. FYI the pool company said that the pureline pump motor will only last a season, Why didn't you buy the motor pump from us price was a big difference
Ordered item, they keep saying is was delivered. WHERE WAS IT DELIVERED? I never received it. They keep turning customers around expecting people forget about their refund. It is unbelievable how dishonest these people are.
The box was damaged and the handle was exposed. I haven't installed it yet but don't expect an issue. I will contact you, with a photo of received package if necessary.
The website help me narrow down a search. I use the Web chat to talk to one of the technical support experts regarding seal replacement kits. Overall great experience. The pump arrived when promised.

I had trouble locating the correct cord for my Nautilus pool robot. INYO Pools made it very simple. Delivery was much quicker than I expected. I would definitely use this company again.
I was very pleased with my first purchase from them. So I made a second purchase. Of the 4 things I ordered, 2 arrived via different shipments but the other two never arrived. I chatted with them (no support phone and they never respond to support tickets) and they said it was backordered from vendor and would refund me. Four days later, after contacting them daily they have given me different answers, including that they will now ship the parts. It always ends with 'we will email you later today'. They have not emailed. Their chat client only pops up randomly, so you cannot initiate a chat unless it appears and I'm convinced they have now disabled it for my login. I've tried via social media and get the same blanket answer 'we will email you'. It's a shame because their prices are good, shipment of items I received was good and quality seems fine. The online video and blogs are helpful as well. Just their support sucks - really bad. Be very wary of buying from them and make sure your credit card company will back you when they don't deliver.
Very happy with product and delivery time.did need 13 tip plates but only came in 10 pack $8 and change each.to buy 3 more $14 and change each.wish I could have added additional 3 at $8 pricing..
I order top railing for my pool on Mar 17 and as of today Apr 6 I have not seen anything they made sure to Take my money from me and I have call the phone number several times but I don't get any answers except that my order is on its way. I'm thinking that this company is nothing but a SCAM it cost me 1400 dollor's.

We apologize sincerely for the issues with your order. The order was originally for 18 top rails, when we sent it to the warehouse they advised us that we only had 11. We tried to correct the order and contact you but the warehouse shipped the order out by mistake and captured the funds. We were able to retrieve the order from UPS and have since been able to ship it to you. We also issued a refund for the difference, which was owed, as well as an additional amount for the frustrations on your order.
