Easy simple on line shopping and recieved my pool robot cleaner in 3 days. I saved $500 by purchasing this product on line. The pool company wanted that much more. I'm very pleased. Great shopping experience!
The ordering, part delivery and support were exceptional. In a world where customer service is lacking your company does a great job. I did have one issue, the standard shaft seal did not fit properly onto the shaft. So I was forced to install the old one which is not ideal, it is many years old and will likely fail. The new one was notched in such a way it would not slide on the shaft. I tried flipping it, removing and playing with it the new and old but I could not get it to work. Perhaps you have encountered this with other customers? It just would not slide all the way down the shaft and sit the way the old one did. I cannot find any information online that shows this level of detail.
Again, the rest of my experience was top notch.
Opened box to find that the spring- loaded piece on the handle had fallen off with the spring. This was why I purchased a new one. I had no choice but to try and make it work. I would like to get an exchange for one that is all together.
While I am happy with my purchase I had concerns with the delivery process. In writing it states someone needs to be present for delivery to ensure items are in undamaged condition. This is the only way any type of return would be accepted if there were any issues.
I went out of my way to be sure someone would be available on delivery date. Then I received an email from shipping company stating they were coming a day earlier and nobody needed to be present. I tried to notify them that this wasn't the agreed plan. Nobody responded. The pool wall did arrive early. Thankfully it was in excellent condition. However, the terms need to be clarified before such return policies are implemented. It's not fair to the customer if there is zero communication between the company, shipping and customer.
Trying to get my pool equipment back up. Wanted to replace just a motor for my Pentair WhisperFlo Pump but turns that I needed to replace both separate motor and pump. Returned the motor and then ordered a new Pentair WhisperFlo pump. INYO handled both - waiting on refund still but not hassles just help.
Ordering experience was great except it wasn't clear to me how long it would take to receive the order.
Chose cheapest ground delivery option and figured it may take a week or two. Was extremely happy to see it at my doorstep in what I remember was about 4 or 5 days. Will not hesitate to use again in the future.
The product was easy to choose from, on line help was very good.
I was disappointed with 1 item that was shipped had a broken flange and would not hold the O ring in the correct spot and resulted in leaking.
Your company took my order then canceled it stating it looked like a fraud order. I talked on the phone with a young man that said he was a supervisor and his attitude was like who cares if you order or not. Then my Discover card was billed and credited multiple times. I'm not sure if all of that was corrected yet. Only one person named Jacob was friendly and helpful.
Ordering was easy and the parts are of good quality. I received notification that my order was processed and shipped and it arrived timely. My only issue was that the order tracking through USPS gave me no information on when my order was scheduled to arrive until it was actually delivered. Not a likely fault of the company however.
