Excellent, quality, price, and delivery. Wasn't exactly " plug & play". Dimensionally the same as existing Hayward. Motor terminals are on opposite side. Had to pull in new leads. New pump/ motor didn't include inlet/ outlet pipe unions. Existing unions do not match new pump. New pump DOES match newer Hayward piping though. No big deal installing. Runs awesome. Quiet, powerful. Very satisfied.
Mighty Mammoth pump, chated with helpful person who directed me to a likely part. I ordered it, it was shipped quickly and seemed like a perfect fit, not the case, (I suspected it might not fit perfectly) anyway with some fancy dremel tool work got it to fit. Pool should be ready in time for summer use.
Price was right, transaction went smoothly, would use again if needed.
Purchased pool cover for my 16X32 inground pool mid September 2020. Just discovered that there is a 3 inch hole in the middle of this very thin cover. Hasn't even been 2 months! Called for replacement on 11/11. Offered to pay difference for a thicker cover. Nothing, they do not do exchanges, they say warranty is only 30 days... Really! Waste of time and money, they just want to move inferior product. They Absolutely do not know what customer service is. Very disappointed.
We are Very pleased with the quality of the pool filter. Wasn't sure when we purchased the item however so happy we did. Will definitely purchase from this site again. And it was delivered very quickly too.
When looking for a pool filter cartridge I found your prices to be the best. I wanted to be sure to order the correct item and did an online chat. The filter cartridge was exactly as I ordered and it arrived much faster than I imagined it would. It was convenient having the tracking information so I could arrange to have help available to install it.
I was not a fan of the chatbot to human chat routing. I was transferred through to four representatives before I got to one that could assist me.
I received the pool pump very quickly and the video/email installation instructions were very helpful. EXCEPT the instructions instructed us to reinstall an impeller ring.
After 2 amazon orders for parts that didn't fit and a couple of hours of further online searching, I ended up back at inyopools on a Q&A that indicated my pump didn't require that part at all.
A somewhat confusing interaction, but the pump seems to be working.
I found it very simple to find the replacement motor needed for my pool. I have the new motor installed and it works great. Additionally, they were cost competitive - especially against the local pool store.
I ordered a vacuum cleaner head from INYO Pools and it arrived damaged. Despite sending pictures of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the product they asked for pictures of the damaged box. Despite explaining that they send the part in a bag not a box, they continue to deny the claim without photos of the box. Rather than shift the blame to the customer or UPS, they should behave like Amazon and provide a return shipping label, provide a credit or ship the replacement part in a box with protective packaging to avoid a similar outcome. Very unethical business practices in my opinion
When I received notice of delivery, I looked for my package. A few hours later, a neighbor came to my door with my package. It had been delivered to his house, a few doors down and across the street. Satisfied with your service, but not delivery service.
Sent picture for them to let me know what part I needed. Got a response back the next day verifying the part I needed. Ordered on the spot since they have awesome pricing compared to local retailer. I received my part the very next day. The company has excellent customer service. I definitely recommend this company for your swimpool/spa needs. Thank you Stephen!

Especially something that was shipped so half-hazardly.
