I needed a new motor for a relatively old Hayward TriStar pump. INYO had the motor and all the other parts I needed to give the system a tune up. We had a little churn getting the correct impeller due to the descriptions on a couple of them saying they would both be suitable for my pump. Murphy's Law made sure we got the wrong one the first time. (Note to self: Next time take the item apart and get part numbers BEFORE guessing your way through the ordering process.)
I was very happy with dealing with your company. I was not happy with the delivery driver, he was rude and would not let me check the filter for damage before I signed the paperwork. He said it was against his company policy. However after looking at your website and watching the video about delivery, it says to open the box and inspect the product before signing. You should ensure what you state on your video is what your customer can do without being harnessed by the delivery driver.
They sold me a defective part that failed within days of putting it in, then when I tried to get my money back they sent me to the manufacture, the Manufacture never got back to us about if they are going to cover it.
Coincidentally, I was arriving home from work as the delivery truck pulled up. Driver set the vacuum inside my garage for me. Delivery from order date to actual delivery was very, very quick, after all the problems of deliveries from every source during Covid times.
I have an old pool cleaner robot and the rep that assisted me spent the time to find the parts break down for my model. He walked me through getting the right parts and sent me a link to follow to get the parts on order
Received my new sand filter today. Got it installed and it works great. Had to re-plumb my pump to the new filter. This one was a little taller. But I can't complain, my old filter was installed in 1984. Can't beat that!
Ordered a replacement motor and all seemed to be going well. The next morning I received an email stating they needed me to send a copy of my ID to prevent scams. This seemed very much like a scam to me. Why would I provide my CC info AND a copy of my ID online?!?! I was able to cancel my order.
The new motor would not install to my pump due to a screw on the motor face, with (2) lock washers, interfering with the pump housing. Had to return motor and order a different brand motor of which I'm still awaiting.
Yes I received my order but I myself ordered the wrong item. I needed the different item that's very similar to the one that I placed an order. My problem is I'm waiting for a confirmation email so that I may send the other one back. I had no issue reordering another item. But I still didn't get a confirmation to send my wrong item back to you.
I ordered 4 bottom rails and only received 2. I would like to receive my other 2 or please give me a refund and I will go and find them bottom rails somewhere else
